Great product. Works wonders for me personally. I may have large thoughts and ideas but a medium sized head. Only thing I don’t care for is the ban on the back to support and secure mask in place. It’s shorter now. I did prefer the older one. Other than that. I’d recommend this product for sure.

I've been using a cpap machine for nearly 2 decades and I have never been so comfortable! No more waking up with lines on my face. (I use it with the fabric wraps - not sure if they're completely necessary, but they feel nice against my skin.) No more struggling with a hose that gets in my way. No more painful ears from the headstrap shifting the night. And, no more backaches on the morning from being restricted from moving in my sleep. The key is that my hose goes from my machine, up and over the headboard of my bed before it comes down to the Dreamwear frame. This means the hose is supported by the headboard. Its weight is not on the top of my head where it attaches and I have enough clearance to turn back and forth in bed, sleeping on my side if I wish. For people without a headboard, attach a hook to the wall about 1.5 to 2 feet above your bed to allow the air hose and Dreamwear frame to hang down when you attach it to your face.
