This really helped me with hernia pain, i was getting terrible aches late in the evening so i decided to try this out. You need to get the correct size, if you have it too tight it does hurt after a period of time, but once you get it right you don't even know your wearing it. I wore a pair of boxer shorts, then this over the top, and then another pair of boxer shorts on top of everything followed by my outer garments for the day. The back has a velcro pad to help it stay in position, and the main velcro belt is very strong! The size i got was medium, if in doubt i would recommend going for the next size up. It is easilt=y fitted and adjusted if needed. Overall, this item is stocked and sold in Boots, but a lot cheaper on Amazon, so you know your getting a great value item

Only worn once so far, but no pain! Couldn't believe it would be so successful. Just the support needed to alleviate the pain. Fitting diagrams on the box. Did what someone else suggested and turned pad upside down. Comfy to wear. I leave it done up and slip it on.

I’m awaiting a hernia operation but not holding my breath due to coronavirus halting all routine ops. I was in constant pain & struggling even to walk any distance. I was starting to get miserable & bought this out of desperation really. I must say it’s been game changing. It’s easy to fit- I initially thought it was too small but it just needs to be on tight so sizing is actually spot on. It’s a bit uncomfortable at first because the pad is quite firm & you have to have the belt pretty tight for it to work, but once you get used to it, it makes a huge difference. I can now walk pain free, I can sneeze or cough without worrying about my insides popping out & I even went for a spin on my mountain bike today - something I would have thought impossible before getting this. Obviously nothing will be fixed until I get surgery but this belt has meant I can live a relatively pain free & normal (as much as is possible these days) life until I get my slot. Best £20 I ever spent. Highly recommended good job Neo-G

Just purchased hernia belt for my husband, he finds it very supportive, comfortable to wear. Does exactly as it says keeps hernia from swelling, so not as painful. He is classed as to old for surgery.

I have a inguinal hernia. But from my experience Id have to say they are uncomfortable and difficult to use. And pretty tricky to get the pad thing to sit where you want it to be. I spent literally ages looking through multiple thousands of the same thing and many that look just plain terrible. And this was what I thought may be worth a shot. Oh dear. That's a no. Really expensive like the rest. and awful colours. I would not recommend

I've been wearing this for 2 months now and tried all sorts of positions but nothing is comfortable. As noted by other reviewers, there are no instructions so it really is trail and error. The pad is an odd shape, quite hard and thick. I assume that this is to provide a good level of support, but for me the discomfort of wearing it is probably worse than the discomfort of the hernia. I've yet to find a position that allows me to bend properly - the only time I did was when I mounted the pad lower than I felt was correct, however, after a short time the pad fell out, so that's not the solution! The most comfortable I have found so far is to dispense with the pad altogether, but that limits the support provided. I echo what others have said about size. My waist and hips are both 96cm and the medium was supposed to fit up to 100cm, so I felt that the large would be too big. In fact this is far too tight on me and I have had to make a velcro extender to give me about 3cm more. I did try going looser still, and that was more comfortable, however, the thing then kept slipping down. Wearing it higher up helps a bit, however, the strap that passes through the legs is then too short unless you pull it really tight, which is again painful. I would have liked to see a selection of different size and shaped pads with some guidance on how to fit these effectively, as well of course of being sized more realistically! One final thing - the velcro clings to my underpants and has ruined several pairs! I would try a different brand next time to be honest.

I bought this make because it seemed the most professional one, it was also the most expensive probably, but the product is really bad, first the size (although the guide it should perfectly fit mine) is very small și the velcro is hurting my skin because I cannot overlap it completely. It's also coming apart which makes it not functional anymore. Would definitely not buy this make again.

Fits well with being too bulky. Easy to put on and take off.

Der Gürtel ist unnötig dick und hart, der Klettverschluss trägt ca 1 cm dick auf. Er lässt sich auch nur mit Kraft dehnen - da würden sofort Druckstellen entstehen. Das Polster ist ebenfalls sehr steif. Es ist nach innen halbkugelförmig abgerundet und so hart, dass es sich selbst mit den Fingern kaum eindrücken lässt. In der Leiste äußerst unangenehm. Man kann das Poster zwar herausnehmen, hat dann aber einen harten, kratzigen Klettverschluss offen Richtung Leiste liegen. Leider ist das Produkt von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen!! Das war mir beim Kauf nicht klar - sowas müsste extra angezeigt werden und nicht versteckt in den AGB. Sehr ärgerlich.

Ho sostituito le mutande elastiche per contenere la mia ernia inguinale sinistra con questo semplice cinto erniario che si mette sopra i boxer. Tutto è ora più facile, igienico e confortevole. E' ben fatto, regolabile, e funziona molto bene

Der Gürtel ist bequem und stützt sehr gut. Ich bin voll und ganz zufrieden.

Es muy cómoda. Imprescindible. No podía estar sin ella. Ya me he operado. Mucho margen de adaptación gracias a su Velcro y su elasticidad. Oprime un poco, pero es necesario. Con ella, podía hacer una vida relativamente normal, sin las molestias que me ocasionaba la hernia. Me compré otra de cuero en una farmacia, y era super incómoda.
