Works Great for HVAC
I used this tape to secure metal HVAC duct work. It sticks very well to the metal and itself. Also, the gray color helps it blend in with the ducts. I'm covering the tape with duct mastic.

Good Stuff
I'm not personally using this stuff, but bought it for my tile installation contractor who is installing a ton of Durock at my house in preparation for large format tile. I had bought some other tape from one of the big box stores that was fiberglass that only came in 50 foot rolls, and the contractors like this stuff WAY better. So much more that they more or less begged that I order additional rolls. They said it was some of the best joint tape they had ever used (They both have over 20 years experience each). They said it sticks really well and stays flat when mudding over it which saves time not having to come back and rub high spots in the seams down once the thinset cures. Good stuff! Buy it!

Strong, sticky, pliable! Fanastic!
Excellent!!! Sticks very well. I've used a few other brands of alkali resistant tape and I love this one. It sticks, it's soft and the fibers can be twisted a bit so that it molds into corners, around curves, over uneven spaces. The other tapes all had a hard netting where the "squares" in the tape stayed square so I would end up with little wrinkles in the tape that poked up. Very annoying. I was also able to peel this tape off and then reset it and have it stay stuck after the third time. Some of the other tapes didn't stay up the first time. Fantastic stuff. I used on hardibacker joint seams, along edges and to give some foundation to build up a layer of mortar for some mosaic tiles. They were slightly thinner than the rest of the tiles so needed a base to put them on. The tape worked great to keep the mortar base even.

Great stuff- sticks well to surface of cement board- highly recommended because it's easy to use.
This is really great stuff- it stuck very well to my cement board without it being too sticky- just right to hold in place. I only used less than 1/4 of the stuff and still have a large roll to use for next project. Easy to cut away using a scoring blade.

Wouldn't Buy it Again
Bought it as people say this adheres well. I had better luck with $1 cheap stuff from Lowe's. Personally, would not buy it for my next tile project.

Works for me!
I used it to tape 1/2 inch cement boards together for two kitchens and a bathroom. It was easy to apply since both it is sticky from the roll. When down smooth and had no problem with it.

Easy to Use
I had this a while before I used it. It is great! The only problem I had was if you lose the end after you cut a strip it is hard to find because it is very sticky. But it performs well.
