prompt delivery from amazon. This is my first buy from amazon.The book s awesome, I tried the macaron recipe which came out well. Can't wait to try other recipes :-). The author gave tips in most of the recipes, so it comes in handy while making them. It comes with wonderful pictures running through the white and pink pages. It s worth buying. Updated So far I tried 3 recipes Condensed milk and Cardamom cake, vanilla bean loaf and macarons. I luvd it, taste yum... It has simple fool proof recipe tat u ll never go wrong while baking it. It's the best book for beginners for the pros who already mastered making tarts, macaroons can skip this book. They can go for Dorie Greenspan book or other books for their venture. For those who loves to do fuss free baking, tis s the book for you. It ll never disappoint u in taste. Note: Have a kitchen scale to measure accurate measurement if not ur recipe may go wrong. baking is all about accuracy in measurement.

I had bought this book about a year ago for a really good discount. It stayed as one of my cookbooks till I decided to try out a recipe from it. I had tried out the Condensed Milk and Cardamom cake and it turned out to be good. My grandmother liked the flavor of the cake and since, it was eggless, this was an added bonus. Pooja Dhingra has included a good mix of recipes with egg and as well as without eggs. Measurement and cup conversion are also included though I would have preferred that the recipes have a cup measurement along with the grams. This would have been easier if you don't have a kitchen scale. Otherwise, this is a book that promises a lot of foolproof recipes including Macarons, Tarts, Bars, Loaves, Cakes, Cupcakes and Muffins. This is a great book for beginners and anyone can give it a try.

Best book on baking I laid my hands on. Perfect recipe perfect baking. You can never go wrong if you stick on to the measurements and instructions. I try random recipies I could get. But always there is something lacking inspite of following instructions so I was never confidENT when it came to baking.but this one make you bake like a pro. If you are a novice in baking,this is for you

Excellent book. What I really liked was that the ingredients are sourced locally. Recipes are detailed and easy to follow.

The only negative so far is the font is in a lightrr shade of black, in a small size on a glossy paper. So that geta a bit irritating while baking and referring to the recipe. And the images in the book arent in sync with where the recipe appears. My copy has a couple of blank dark peach pages randomly, not sure if thats a defect or a design scheme. However recipes are fine.

About the book: Le15 is one of my favorite cupcake and macaroon shop . Pooja Dhingra has made it really easy for all new bakers to follow the recipes by the easy writing and explanation. One of the best features of this book is that she has even mentioned the local products she uses like Amul butter, etc. From cupcakes, cakes, bars, brownies and even Macaroons, you will find amazing recipes. A must buy for all the beginners trying to venture into baking! About the delivery: I received the book in 3 days and in a good condition. Go for it :)

In love with this book. A must have for amateur bakers. Easy to bake recipes yet oh! so delicious. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is new in the baking scene. Thank you Pooja Dhingra for such a lovely book. Not only is the recipes in it a great hit among family and friends during Christmas or other special occasions, my kitchen smells wonderful everytime I bake 😊

I purchased this book following the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the same as most of the other customers. While the level of detail is commendable, the ingredients very tailored to what we find in our country, and there are tons of desserts covered in it, I felt that it's got the baking time absolutely wrong. My cakes often came out half baked or raw. I marched it with a few online recipes and this confirmed my apprehension. I'd to give up on it eventually and move to online recommendations

Such an inspiring book from an inspiring pastry chef - makes you want to bake over and over again. The nutella squares turned out to be soOo yum. Would defo try more recipes. Such easy and tasteful recipes.
