Beautiful and inspiring book

A must read, whether you’re a chef or not.
Amazing book. The diary format lends itself to a quick read, so you can pick it up and read a few ‘days’. But it’s that addictive you won’t want to. A must for any chef; surprising how much you can relate, even though he’s (arguably) one of the world’s top chefs. Buy it.
