Got this recently for school. I love that it comes with lifetime Office 365 and copilot! It's perfect so far for schoolwork as it's fast and easily handles everything I need to do with it. It's very lightweight and quiet. No issues yet with storage capacity and it comes with an external hard drive.

So far so good! Its HP, so you can trust the quality. It's a good size, not too big, not too small. It is really a good weight too. Not bad to haul through the airport. This thing is pretty fast, has a decent amount of HDD space too. It does everything you need to do, so functionally checks all the boxes. The lifetime office is a big plus for us.

Bought this after I was laid off and found myself without a laptop to edit my resume and apply for jobs. Works great, never have a problem with it being slow and it already has Office loaded (read the directions to be sure you don’t subscribe to the one year license). So far, I have not had issues with storage but I am only using this for Word docs and PowerPoints. Screen quality is not great, but I use a second monitor so I rarely notice. The only real drawback is the charger as it is not a USB-C or any other common charger so I have to bring it with me instead of using other cords in the house.

Great laptops for students, light weight, windows 11 pro comes with Microsoft lifetime, easy to set up, works good so far. Downside is not backlit keyboard and low storage. So far we are satisfied with the laptop.

Spent a lot of time looking for a laptop that wasn’t too expensive but also high-quality at the same time. Grateful I chose this one. Got all the accessories listed and the laptop is perfect. Would buy again

I sincerely don't understand why HP would put their name in such cheap made laptop. I think this is just a stolen license by these guys that sell this crap of a laptop. The moment I opened the box, it felt la Iike I had in my hands a piece of light plastic. It felt like one of those cheap toy chinese made from the 2000. Once I opened and started, it took a while and since was new, I expected it. But once it did, I saw the paralel lines on the screen. I smacked a little, thinking it was something wrong. But no. The screen the worse screen I ever saw. Literally you could see the pixels, that empty space was between them. I didn't get much further from there... I tried to write something on it to see how it look. It was terrible. The keeboard, feels like very cheap clapping and there is a lot of space on each key you tap. Platicky feeling like in no other laptop I ever had. And had many of them. I bought it for it's chip and memories, I thought to myself, but, this is not worth a penny... Not the 300 or so I paid for it. A Og, and then is the wait... It took two weeks to come... I think they make it after they recieve the order, because no one buys this crap. I closed everthing, put it in the pack it came with, cheap carton, and the same day I returned it. It took another two weeks to get my money back and that less with 40 dollars... Amazon please correct this and send me the entire payment. There were no warning, no announcement ahead of time that in Cas eof return these people would charge me for it. These guys that sells this thing are not very straight forward with their whatever they sell because they know is garbage. Amazon what a hell? You could do better than that. Clean up the weeds from your site.
