Ultimate Ears POWER UP Charging Dock. Works with BOOM 3, MEGABOOM 3, BLAST and MEGABLAST, White

Very helpful and fuss free charging for my speaker.

I used to have an Amazon Tap (now discontinued) which was a battery Amazon speaker with a charging base. This replicates the same set up and it works pretty well. One thing to note is these Logitech speakers come in two sizes yet all the charging bases are the same, so it you buy the smaller speaker the base is a bit wider than the speaker itself. Works fine but feels overpriced at £35. You only get the the base and a replacement metal screw to fit into the bottom of the speaker. No cable or charger (you use the ones that came with the speaker). Seems a lot for what it is. But it is convenient just to put your speaker on the base to charge.

A good product but you only get the puck. You a expected to use the cable that comes with the UE Megablast (or whichever one you bought) which is fine with me. It makes charging easy and not something you have to remember to do. I certainly don't think anyone would regret buying it once you have got over the ridiculous cost. Everyone says it because it's true. It works like this, you want the speaker and buy it but find charging it a pain so now want the charging dock and have little choice but to pay it. If you want an easy life and can forgive yourself for spending so much on a plastic disc with some metal pins, then just buy it.

to charge my boom3 lot better than just a wire

the price seems high but it is actually better quality than i was expecting. from the picture i expected a flimsy plastic dock, but it is actually solid and heavy with a light, and grips on the bottom. handy to use with my speaker.

I ordered this at the same time as the speaker. It arrived 5 days later. I bought it cos another reviewer said it was well worth it. I kinda disagree. There next-to zero difference in simply plugging the original charger directly into your boom. Not worth the extra money in my opinion.

The charging dock is working and it is good. I'm recommended for buying.

A .little expensive but this replaced the previous version that died after 4 years. Used daily.

Pacco arrivato nei tempi dichiarati in perfette condizioni, Amazon sempre perfetta! La besetta funziona bene ed è molto comoda da usare, provvista del D-Ring per usarla anche con UE Megablast/Blast. Per chi vuole saperlo il cavo di alimentazione e l’alimentatore non sono presenti, ma si usa tranquillamente quelli forniti con la UE Megaboom/Boom.

C'est toujours quand on en a besoin, qu'il n'est pas chargé, le fils l'a utilisé, la fille aussi, résultat quand maman veut s'en servir il est à plat. C'est pourquoi j'ai pris cette menace, depuis tout le monde le remet en charge en le déposant sur l'embase, c'est super pratique, dommage que ce soit un peu cher. Mais malgré le prix, je ne le regrette vraiment pas

It is a matter of contact! Here are some essential details to know and try out before returning this item or, in your frustration, throwing it out! Read on to see how I turned my “coaster” into a functioning, charging base for the UE Megablast I received what looked like a plastic coaster, replaced the “screw” on the bottom of my Ultimate Ears Megablast, and plugged in the cable that came with the Megablast speaker when it was purchased. Please note that the cable that came with the speaker is now worn out and held together by electrical tape. (See the photo showing the state of my cable.) Upon plugging the cable into the “coaster” base, I noticed that a light on the base would come on for 5 seconds and then go out. Aha, I thought! So much for the”coaster” theory. There are definitely some electronic components inside the coaster. Otherwise, the light on the base would not function at all! I placed the speaker on the base, expecting the light to go on. Nothing! Fortunately, since I have been troubleshooting equipment for a significant part of my life, the troubleshooting aspect kicked in: Maybe it's just a matter of the base not making contact with the speaker? So I removed the screw at the bottom, took out the rubber ring, and then put the screw back on, without the rubber ring. When I put the speaker on the base, it started recharging!!! My assumption was correct! I replaced the rubber ring on the bottom, by forcing it through the screw, to be honest, but thank God the device was now charging my speaker!
