Truly excellent and pure chocolate. I didn’t use it for baking but for snacking by dipping into some caramel. This chocolate is perfect because it doesn’t contain the emulsifiers, sugars and flavorings of others. The smooth texture is ideal. My only criticism is that the individual pieces don’t always break off cleanly from the larger bar. This doesn’t matter for me, but could be mildly frustrating if used for baking.

Best chocolate for making real brownies. Melt in double boiler with butter set aside. Whip eggs and sugar., pour butter into chocolate. MiX in flour. Mix in flour. That’s it! YUM!

This is basic unsweetened chocolate for cooking. It is reasonably priced. I have used this brand many times in the past. It is not gourmet chocolate, but it is suitable quality for baking, candy, chocolate frosting, melted for hot chocolate and anything else you'd use unsweetened cooking chocolate for.

This is a staple pantry product for baking all kinds of tasty baked goods. Unsweetened with a rich chocolate taste. Have been using this for decades.
