Great little jump box and tire inflator. I bought two!
I read the review of this on Project Farm (YouTube) and bought one for my son. This bailed us out of trouble once and I liked it so much I bought a second one for myself. The unit had no trouble jumping off a dead car in the midst of a cold day in Iowa where he goes to school. The unit is compact and powerful. It's both a great jump box and an amazing source of backup power. I like the feature of filling tires to a set pressure as well. I no longer have to rely on the corded tire inflators.

Wow!! So impressive!
This is one powerful jump box! My BMW 900cca AGM battery was killed by a bad alternator. It was down to 4.2v and had completely lost all power while driving and had to be manually shifted into neutral even just to get it on the flatbed to tow it home. I didn't even read the instructions for this thing, just plugged in the power terminals, saw the battery was nearly fully charged, and went to see what could be done to the dead agm battery. Within seconds of connecting the positive to the jump post in the car and the negative to the ground post (which surprisingly sparked!), all the previously-totally dead interior lights powered on, the hazard lights resumed blinking as they'd been when last the car had even an iota of electricity coursing through its over-engineered system, wipers kicked back on, screen lit up and went through its check process while key light came on and the pleasant bing of a car waiting to drive happened. I was shocked. I inserted key to accessory mode, everything was good but a slight bit glitchy on the lights. I didn't figure it would start; what are the odds a BMW requiring 900cca just to exist without any bells or whistles could go from 4.2v to 11.8 or higher, enough voltage to actually turn the engine over. And yet....I gave it a shot. Immediately the car roared to life! Astonishing! It did die relatively soon afterward, as was expected. The jump box started beeping when the voltage readout got down below I think 13.1 and I let it scream for a good long minute while I checked the battery itself with my multimeter (now at a 5.6v!) before unhooking it and saw that the jumpbox was down to one battery bar. Still very impressive. I then tried to jump the BMW with my other car, an Audi with the exact same battery. Took 2 or 3 attempts and then a long hold on the start button before the engine cranked enough to turn over. The jumpbox was more powerful right off rip (without even being pre charged!) than my 900cca AGM fully-charged battery that was running in another car! So so so pleased!Edit: Apparently "normal" jumpboxes should not be used on AGM batteries, I read about AFTER using this jumpbox on my brand new AGM battery. When I went out to swap out the new battery from the dead BMW with the bad alternator, I noticed the battery sides were covered in a thin layer of coldish-feeling condensation. Unusual because nothing else in the car, much less the trunk or battery hole was even damp at all, it hasn't rained, and the temps haven't even gotten cold enough overnight for condensation to form on exterior glass, much less a plastic coated battery wall hidden in the depths of my dry, warm battery "bedroom" in the trunk. I also immediately noticed a strong and strange chemically smell I was unfamiliar with and couldn't put my finger on it until I realized that the jumpbox had caused the brand new AGM battery to leak, just like the internet warned me about after the fact. So maybe don't use this on AGM batteries, especially not at full power and just leave it sit there for 10 minutes. Schwoops.

Great for older cars or traveling
I bought this for my nephew with an older car. He travels far to work and so does my niece. I explained him how to maintain the car.But driving a 2009 car with 120k is still a risk. Last weekend he got stuck, car did not start. Luckily he had the jumpstarter with him, it worked great, was easy to use and got him back on his way. The capability of the jumpstart seems very good and he only needed one try to turn the engine over.Today, we checked out the battery level was almost full. Charging is also very easy from your home outlet. Further, it's compact and easy to store, and you can use it for camping or during a power outage. Great investment!

A surprisingly good jump starter for an engineer
Overall excellent value for the money, after reading many reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the instantaneous power delivery to jumpstart a large 6-cylinder engine that sat idle for a year, which was my first test of this product. Being an engineer, I am aware that the peak amperage and storage power claim of this product are wildly overstated- the advertised mAh number is supposed to be a calculation of how much power can be released to drain the battery from 100% to zero; which you could get from this battery if you maybe released all that power in an explosion. Regardless of the posted numbers, this little power box actually performs very well. It is quite light and small for what it is able to do, which, for me, is to jumpstart a car with a dead battery. The design is intelligent and easy, and this will be perfect for our family road trip. I have not put the inflator to the test yet, but for instantaneous power, it really is what I needed. My only criticism (besides the power rating) is that the battery clamp wires are a bit too short- you will need to set this jump starter directly on the battery in order to reach both battery terminals. If the wire leads were 3ft, with a slightly beefier gauge, this item would be perfect.

Powerful, Multi-Function Tool So Far, So Good!
This car jump starter by BRPOM has worked amazingly well! It comes with way more functions than I currently need, but I like knowing I might need them down the road. Right now, I mainly use it to inflate tires. It’s fast, powerful, and a huge upgrade from the skinny portable inflator I had before, which broke within a year. The battery life on that old one died quickly and couldn’t even handle a bicycle tire after a while.I came across this model after watching a cost and function analysis video on YouTube (wish I remembered the channel!). This BRPOM unit was in the top 3 picks, while the others were priced over $100. For $79, this seemed like the best value, and I agree so far.I’ve only had it for six months and used it twice, but I’m hopeful it lasts. I’d rather invest a bit more in something with a stronger motor and more features if it means I won’t have to replace it in a few years. So far, I think it’s worth it. Keep my fingers crossed it holds up long-term!

Ease of use, always reliable
This product has saved my daughter and I so many times this year that it has paid for itself! It fits easily in the corner of our trunk. It is easy to use. It takes but a minute or two to safely inflate the tire. We have used it at the beach, on the side of the road and in a busy college parking lot. We feel safe using it as it is small and portable. It charges like a cell phone in your car or in your home. Love it! Won’t go anywhere without it!
