This product is amazing. I have tried so many different hair products that I couldn't list them all. I used Muk forming cream before this and I thought it was decent. They ran out of that product so I decided to try this. I was not disappointed. The scent is great but not overwhelming. It works like a forming cream and let you shape your hair. It doesn't harden your hair but does maintain the hold. There is no residue and it comes out easy. Also, it's a bargain for the price. After using the product, my hair looks awesome and it boosts my confidence. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to style their hair the way the want.

The styling cream has a fruity (mango like) smell. The texture is slightly sticky and a thickness somewhere between lotion and a hair paste. The directions recommend applying to dry hair, but I find that it's easier to work with when your hair is slightly damp. The product holds thought the day very well with no flakes or crusty feel...in fact my hair is softer than ever and I haven't needed to use conditioner since I've started using this product. I gave the product 4 stars because it really works well, however I would prefer a more manly scent like cedar, sawdust, pipe tobacco, or leather. I'll keep using the styling cream because of all it's good qualities ... but I have to admit when I put it on in the morning, the scent of mangoes and the creamy texture makes me feel like I'm rubbing yogurt in my hair.

After using a lot of hair creams and gels from other brands, I couldn't find one that didn't feel greasy or make my hair stiff. Then I stumbled upon Kick's Active Hair Styling Cream, and figured that I'd give it a try based upon the description. Am I happy that I did, upon opening the bottle I was greeted with a clean, fruity scent and a very pliable cream. I was able to style my hair with ease, and after letting the pomade set my hair did not feel greasy, stiff, or dried out. An added benefit is that this cream will actually hydrate and moisturize your hair, and washes out cleanly in a hot shower. I've found that if American Crew Forming Cream or similar styling creams work with your hair type (straight/wavy hair), this pomade will be ideal. Overall, I'm very pleased with Kick's innovation and highly recommend it for guys who are looking for an upgrade from their existing hair styling cream.

It is hard to find an actual "cream" for hair styling that isn't made of crap and doesn't dry your hair and scalp or leave any residue. This is everything I've been looking for, for years. The hold is good without being too strong or stiff feeling. Holds up pretty much all day, but if you exercise and sweat a lot in a warm place, then you'll want something with a stronger hold if you care that much. It doesn't have a chemical "shine" effect which I like. Not trying to go for the 'slick punk' look anyway. I keep one in the car too, and even when its freezing cold, the cream doesn't freeze or harden so it's usable. Nor does it melt into a watery liquid when its hot. Quite interesting and it makes it convenient. Will be buying these more and probably give out as gifts. They smell good too...like a masculine citrus mango...but who doesn't like mangoes? It does go away after a couple minutes and isn't noticeable. You only need to apply a tiny bit to make it work. Best of all, it is healthy and affordable.

I was concern when i saw the small container but when I started using it I understood that you do not need much to manage your hair and make the style you want. the cream is great, I was looking for hair gel that will take care of your hair at the same time to give you the style you desire. for the moment this one has reached my perspectives. the smell I would rather a men fragrance than mango but I would live, without it.

Honestly, I'm not the market for Kick's products. I've never spent this much money on a personal care product (same as the conditioner, but the conditioner is THE BEST EVER). That said, this is good stuff. I've never tried anything that worked better, and it doesn't take much even though it's a tiny container. That said, the reason I'm not as excited about it as the conditioner is that the conditioner works as well or better than anything I can imagine. This is probably the best I've tried, but I can imagine something better (more hold), and it won't last like the conditioner, but again, I don't use it as much. If I tried this first I'm not sure I would have felt compelled to try their other products, but I tried the conditioner first and it was perfect and got me to try this and the shampoo.
