Now let me just first say this. I do not often write reviews on products but I felt the need to put my input in about this chair because this chair gets a lot of bad reviews simply because people don't know what they are talking about. Also I won't be commenting on the comfortability of this chair because based on your weight, height, body build, etc, it will vary. I'm 5'8" and 230lbs and it works fine for me. That's all I will say. Anyways let's get on with it. This chair does not have an insane amount of bass to it. It does not rumble like some crazy, expensive subwoofer but it does I have enough bass to fill in any gaps in the sound where otherwise without the subwoofer it would just sound very tinny because the side speakers are basically all high end speakers. Which basically means they're all treble, no bass. The subwoofer does a good job at carrying the low end of the sound and it does sound good it's just not very loud but honestly after playing several different games with it, watching movies with it and listening to music with it it seemed to do just fine. NOW this next part is VERY important and goes hand in hand with the subwoofer. The vibration effect. The vibration effect is a very great way of tricking your brain, and body, into thinking that your subwoofer kicks major butt. The vibration on this chair IS really good and depending on what game you're playing or what movie you are watching it can get pretty insane/intense in a very good way. Now what I meant by the vibration can, "trick your brain into thinking you have a kick butt subwoofer," is that the vibration rumbles in all the right places like an expensive, loud, hard hitting subwoofer, when big impacts happen on your game/movie such as: a crash, a gunshot, an explosion, etc and it works really well in my opinion. When I first had my chair turned on I played the game Bulletstorm (PS4), which is FULL of loud, large guns and huge explosions, and I had the bass and vibration turned all the way up on my chair and it was so loud and rumbly. I thought it was the subwoofer doing all that but it ended up just being the vibration effect. So overall the vibration effect works extremely well and sounds great. Now for the chair overall with the two side speakers, the sub and the vibration. Overall I really ended up liking this chair. When I first put it together I hooked it up to my PS4 and I was not really impressed because the PS4 only allows external speakers, such as the chair, to get so loud and, to me, the PS4 just didn't allow it to get loud enough on the game that I first tested but shortly after I tested another game, Bulletstorm and Doom, and it was REALLY loud, PLENTY loud, and sounded REALLY great. The side speakers work so well. You can even hear the little 'ting' noise as bullet shells hit the ground and what not. I would like to talk about one more thing before I end this review. This chair CAN be EXTREMELY loud, like WAY loud, if you hook it up the right systems. Of course you have to be careful not to blow your speakers but I hooked this chair up to my PC and played some music and holy CRAP the PC pushed this chair to it's limits! It was honestly louder than my 5.1 Logitech Surround System. It was insane and I was very impressed haha. So overall I really do like this chair but I would only recommend getting it if it's under $200.00. I got mine for $170.00, $180.00 with tax and what not, and I think that's a decent price. With the subwoofer being a bit subpar per-se I would have rather bought it for about $120 or $130 but $170 wasn't too bad. I've seen this chair on here for $240 and that is just WAYYYY too much for this chair. So, again, overall I'd rate this chair 9 out of 10 simply because the subwoofer. If it had a SLIGHTLY bassier subwoofer then it would easily be 10 out of 10. But I do highly recommend this chair. It is a fantastic chair......For the right price.

The chair as a whole is a fantastic product, I've had it for a few weeks now. Although I didn't originally by it for the audio capabilities they blew me away and are easily the best features. When the chair senses sudden sound waves the chair vibrates on your lower back (can be turned on and off via button). There is also a bass booster better than your grand dads stereo. You don't need the sound coming out of the chair, I wasn't even going to set it up but I can't imagine how I got by without it. The sound quality alone and position of the speakers is worth the price of admission The material on the chair something of a pleather. I recommend getting a thin beat up pillow to sit on, not because of the comfort necessarily but rather durability. Although the chair is perfectly fine now; I can see how the chair material in the future can get weaker through ware, the buffer helps prevent this. A small issue in the grand scheme of this chair. I play games so much that my butt would get numb on hard chairs. The chair is very comfortable in shape and size. I myself am 6 feet 250 lbs and I have absolutely no problem sitting in it and relaxing. On a side note this chair comes with all the cables and even wireless receiver for the TV. My personal setup I have the wireless receiver into the headphone jack, the chair itself picks up the TV no problem. Whatever your need there are diagrams that the chair comes with to make it that much easier. At first I was going to get a rolling office chair, but this is the definition of gaming chair. This product was worth the price tag with fast delivery, totally awesome sound quality and comfort. I don't know why your still reading this, get this chair you can't go wrong.

This is my first gaming chair, and I have to say I am impressed! I have went through quite a few reviews on this chair trying to decide if I wanted it or not. Well let me just point out my likes and hope this review helps you. I am 5'7", 170lbs, the chair fits me well. In fact if I sit all the way back, my feet dangle. If you are taller the me you should have no problems up till 6'0. After that, you may have issues. I am of athletic build, that being said, there is plenty of side space around my buttocks and thighs. No disrespect.... If you are of the heavy weight type, you may find this chair uncomfortable. If you are a wide person, look for a chair better fitting. Many bad reviews about this chair, really is not the chairs fault. the chair is not designed for overweight personal. The material is of standard quality. If taken care of, it will last. I have two cats and they cause my concern. That's because of their clawing, other then that normal wear given to it should not be a problem for it. Putting it together was easy as one, two, three. There are stickers on the arms that warn you Not to use the arm rest as a means to "exit" the chair or to move chair. Damage may result. My advice, heed the warnings so you don't break the arms off.the chair has some weight so this could be a issue for those like me: I move my chair out of the way when I am done with my gaming session. I have hard wood floors and pushing or pulling it to its spot will damage my floor sooner or later because of the huge round metal base.the back rest folds down, so I just pick it up and move it. Again it's a heavy chair so be advised. My main problem was the hook up. I brought this chair solely for my Xbox one, which has only home connections. In fact all my electronics have HDMI connections. There chair and wireless box uses out dated RCI Jacks. A bummer. I learnt upon connecting that I would have to order the HDMI/RCA splitter in order to use it. BEWARE XBOX ONE OWNER!! If you buy this chair order the splitter to, or YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THIS CHAIR RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. I fixed the issue I had by using my xbox one controller headset adapter. The chair has a headset 3.5mm jack on the side. It also comes with a 3.5mm cable. Just plug the cable into your controller adapter and then into the chair. Instant fix! I also ordered the splitter which I am waiting for right now. Had it not been for the adapter on my controller, I would be just sitting in a chair with speakers that don't work. If you don't have a controller headset adapter, it's about the same price as the splitter. I rather go with controller adapter, as you can use it for headsets at night. The sound. I have a 2.1 system in my house. This chair makes it 4.1 surround sound! It's not no cheapo speakers in this chair either. Nor are they Boise. But I think you'll be pleased. In the end awesome chair, they just might want to get with the times with Electronics and hookups. As the old red, white, yellow RCA Jacks are outdated.

UPDATE: 2/17/2021 SUB IN CHAIR WAS DEFECTIVE. I HAD TO RETURN IT BUT TO BE HONEST IT WAS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT. I CONTACTED XROCKER AND THEY GAVE GOOD SERVICE BUT THE WAIT TIME FOR THE REPLACEMENT PART WAS TOO LONG. ITS TOO BAD I REALLY LIKED THE CHAIR. This review is from husband. Ok This chair doesn't have many reviews but what I was worried about were 2 things based on other reviews. 1. Comfort 2. the ability to Rock back but yet sit forward when I want to. Here is my personal experience with this chair I received it on 2/11/21. Took me about 20 mins to put together. Once put together I immediately tested it on Call of duty . The sound is really good. I could hear things , like foot steps really clear. just as good as my headset. Comfort. Im 6ft tall 230 lbs and I sat fine in it. I had room and the back was high enough to go up to my neck, so I get support and thats what I wanted. Then I wanted the ability to Rock back and forth if need be and I can do that. Someone mentioned they could not in a previous review and that worried me. People. There is a knob under the chair. Turn that and it will loosen or tighten the rocking ability of the chair. ( although it doesn't state that in the instructions),that knob you see under the chair is there for a reason. lol So in a nut shell the two things people said it could not do, it did for me. I also run it through the Bluetooth option ( My TV has Bluetooth)and it works fine. the only downfall with my chair that I noticed was lack of bass. my previous X Rocker had more, but I like the comfort of this one way better.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my fiance and he says he loves it! He is a long term gamer, and really seems to like it. I asked him his favorite thing and he says how comfortable it is. He is a tall guy at 6'1 {260lbs} and its a good size for him. He says it feel secure, like it can hold his frame. He also loves the side speakers, which I can also say sound great! It really is like a surround sound experience. When at max volume it is VERY loud!! He also loves the fact that it is on a pedestal and not a floor rocker. He compared it to a previous chair he had and he loves the arms better, and how strong they are. Also it looks just like the picture, I was a big worried about the fabric of the chair but it really is a nice quality chair. He seems to really love it- and not just because its from me lol. Also he added he likes the fact that it turns (swivels) and the padding on the back. Also it is wireless which is a big plus- and it is compatible with the Xbox One, which had me worried because I couldn't find a review confirming it was- but it is!!! Took him about 15 minutes to figure out how to connect it for sound, and 10 to actually build the chair. All in All I feel like it was worth the money and like I got him something he can enjoy :)

This chair looks comfy and perfect for a blissful gaming experience, but it is NOT. Unfortunately, I was shocked at how it proved to be the exact opposite. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. The reality of this product is that, contrary to its plush product image, it is hard, uncomfortable and painful to sit in. The chair is tiny and very very low to the ground. An adult cannot sit comfortably in this chair unless he or she is far less than the average adult height, has knees that are able to take persistent abuse and arms that can stay elevated and not on the armrests for long periods of time.. My friend who is 5' 8" tall, sat in this chair after my disappointment at putting it together and discovering how misleading the image is, and he was too far too tall to sit comfortably. The chair is so low to the ground that I can envision that only children would be able to appreciate this product. Unfortunately, unless the child has a back and arms made of steel, even they would find the hard, un-cushioned plastic arms to be painful to use. they appear to be only decorative because they are useless as armrests. This product is prefect for small children who don't mind sitting on a hard surface and are fine with having non functional armrests. Additionally, this chair requires wires to connect to the wall outlet for power, another set to connect to the television, and yet another set, should you be foolish enough to purchase a second one in order to connect the pair. I threw out the box and now find myself stuck with this useless chair. It is destined for garbage pickup after its delivery, a mere four days ago. If you have money to burn and economic and ergonomic viability is of little concern to you, then purchase this product. But be warned that you will likely suffer back, knee, and arm discomfort when using this chair. I will give it one star because I believe that a small child may be able to make some use of it, simply because he or she could be sit in it without having their legs bent up to their chin. It is uncomfortable and a tripping hazard with the many wires that come out of the chair. Useless product. Biggest waste of money to date.

Chair was easy to put together and comfortable for what it is. The lights were nice and I loved using the built-in Bluetooth speakers. Unfortunately one day the lights and speakers failed to come on and have stopped working all together. There is no longer US based support which has made it very difficult to get a replacement chair or part.

I purchased this for my twin boys 9th birthday as their number 1 gift they wanted towards the end of july and after assembling it. It broke in a matter of days with screws not holding in place. The base of the chair is not secured you just have to set the chair on it and it wobbles every which away to where you almost fall when sitting on it. I thought per reading description that this was a bluetooth wireless chair and from reading faqs their were a ton from customers stating it was bluetooth compatible for PS4’s. After trying to link it to ps4 bluetooth It did not work so had to set it up as wired (I found out it That PS4 will not support A2DP, including Bluetooth audio devices. ... The lag with A2DP is as much as 100 to 200ms leading to a poor gaming experience. The speaker sounds muffled and isn’t loud enough to sound like surround quality you can hardly feel the bass or hear the game that loud at its max volume. The wires are too short and the jack slip cover broke off in the plug after unplugging it. Other ways to connect are thru transmitter hanging from the tv or using the aux plugs from tv to chair or using the wires to the controller however you can’t use a headset. My boys were so disappointed as they had been waiting for 2 years for me to agree to buying them a gaming chairs. I thought after doing my research on it reviews at many websites etc this being xrockers 1# chair I did not anticipate that. Poor quality and cheaply made the stitching at the seems already have separated in several places and the leather is peeling. Their was a small hole on the seat of the chair amongst many other places as well. The chair all over you can see so many defects on it warping or bubbling up from the inside out like at the top of the chair in last pic I posted. I purchased this and was delivered late july of this year It wasn’t assembled until 2 weeks later and in the 2 months of use it completely fell apart the screws fell put at base and spring broke even when I attempted to fix it by rescrewing the chair to the base the part of chair you lean against wont sit upright is laid flat out reclined so even if I could have screwed it back together the springs were broke and chair back wont sit up so hopes of using just as a regular chair no working features it was beyond repair. Due to unforeseen circumstances i wasnt able to contact amazon in time so had no option for refund or exchange thru amazon. so contacted xrocker hoping for repair or exchange and I was beyond amazed!! They were So friendly, caring and empathetic to my experience they upgraded my exchange to a higher model or any model Of my choosing. It quickly arrived the rep who assisted me from start to finish was in constant communication with me and she went above and beyond. Seemless and made the whole process stress free I didn’t have to bother with trying to find someone to help me carry it to ship back xrocker just did everything beyond right!!!!! I was just gonna bite the bullet In 10 plus years as a amazon shopper I have only ever returned 2 items due to being wrong size and a wrong item shipped. I read amazon reviews many saying their service was horrible Just goes to show you don’t trust every review you read!!! Thank you xrocker for everything you have made a fan out of me and I will definitely use your company for all of my kids gaming accessories and purchases!!!!
