Tasty and easy to cook
These taste very nice and it’s lovely coming home after a long day without having to peel and prep veggies for dinner. They can be tossed in the pan or grilled in about 25 minutes and work as a healthy (and cheaper) alternative to fresh produce that would spoil too quickly in my fridge.

Excellent alternative to chips
Pop these in the air fryer for a few minutes and get some tasty alternatives to chips. Really good.

The dreaded Keto diet.
For my sins I find myself on a Keto diet (which involves eating very few carbohydrates). Much as I used to love chips, they are now forbidden fruit as it were. I prepared these in an air fryer and although normal chips take about fifteen minutes in there, these are better with a few extra minutes. They are surprisingly nice with no sugar tomato ketchup, in fact I like them almost as much as normal chips! They aren't totally free of carbs, but have a much lower value than ordinary chips and are thinner like French fries. Anyway, they are very tasty.

Great alternative to fries
These are a great alternative to fries, they actually taste good! They are pricey compared to regular oven chips but I guess that's the price to be paid for being a bit healthier.
