Tried others - these actually work. They stay on and i can feel the pull of opening my nostrils. Snoring has decreased significantly.

Let me be honest: these nose strips have saved my life. I have suffered from allergies all my life and sleeping has been a trial. Years ago, I saw an ad for Breath Right and thought it was worth a try. OMG. The first night I tried one, I could breathe...oxygen...through my nose. I had never experienced that sensation before without taking cognitive degenerating pills (allergy pills)! The guy who invented this strip (as simple as it is) should get a Nobel prize. I have used thousands of these strips and I can honestly say I am addicted to them. I think that is a good thing. One word of caution: the tape used to stick the strip on your nose is very sticky. Unless you are careful, it can remove skin from the bridge of your nose where the skin is thin and tender when you remove the strip in the am. What I do is put a small piece of paper (or a piece of the paper used to protect the adhesive) right in the middle of the strip before pacing it on my nose. This protects the skin on the bridge of my nose from damage and it doesn't affect the performance of the strip. I will say again: this product changed my life (for the better).

Washing and drying the nose thoroughly—sometimes even using an alcohol pad—helps them adhere securely overnight. Applying lotion beforehand can make it difficult for the strips to stick. Removal and Residue: While removing the strips isn't painful, they tend to leave a sticky residue that can be difficult to wash off. Showering and gently rubbing the area can help. Overall, these nasal strips are highly effective, but one should be mindful of proper application techniques and removal methods for the best experience.

I’ve been using these Breathe Right Extra Strength nasal strips for a while now and they do make a big difference. My nose is often stuffy from allergies and when I put one of these on before bed I can actually feel more air going through right away. It’s not magic or anything but it helps a lot with that “can’t breathe through my nose” feeling. My wife says I snore less when I wear them so that’s another big plus. 😅 They’re easy to use just clean your nose and stick it on. The tan color is fine for me I only use them at night anyway. The extra strength ones stick better than the regular type in my opinion. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is sometimes they don’t stick as good if my skin isn’t perfectly dry or they peel off a little in the middle of the night. Also if you take them off too fast they can irritate the skin a bit. But overall they work good and I keep buying this big 44ct box because they actually help me sleep better.

My husband is a very loud snorer. Waking him up or having him roll over or other such things work only temporarily, and I was going crazy with not being able to sleep through the night. At times I'd be so frustrated I felt like I could smother him with his pillow. These strips really help. They don't make his snoring go away completely but he snores less and not so loudly while wearing them. There is enough of a difference that I can usually tell when he forgot to put one on or put it on crookedly so that it's not working properly. (They do need to be carefully and evenly placed to work.) I've been buying these strips for two or three years and can't live without them anymore.

My boyfriend usually where’s these at night since he gets stuffy noses and they work great. They are thicker than a lot of other brands so it doesn’t come off easily. It is also very sticky, so it can be tough to remove once you put it on. (You can use warm water, to help loosen it) After using these for a while you can tell a strip is on but it’s not bothering or irritating.

Beware the baggie! If you get a baggie and not a box, it may be a knock off/inferior product. See pics. Real on the left and questionable on the right. I normally love these and have been getting them in a subscribe and save for ages. They normally come in a small box and inside they are packed where there are two you tear apart. This time they came in a metallic Ziploc type bag and we're in one long continuous strip. They are also much darker and of a different material. Whereas normally they kind of feel like a super thick fabric bandaid, this time they were like a foamy plastic and they do not stick. I didn't think anything of the different packaging as companies often move to crappier packaging, but this is a different product completely. I hope it was just a knock off and not the product going downhill as I depend on these to sleep. Just normally use on a clean and dry nose. If you have difficulty removing, using warm water helps. Honestly, I'd rather have difficulty removing than have them peeling half off like these baggie ones did. They do sometimes lift at the edges a tiny bit, but these were trying to escape my face and make a run for it. I contacted customer service and they were helpful, thankfully. But it's Christmas so it'll be a few sleepless nights before I can replace them.

These things are worth their weight in gold. I can’t sleep without these strips. My nose gets blocked if I lay down, but the strips help tremendously.

Very good but over priced in my opinion

I wear one for bed and it Works very well. It Lasts all night. And I breathe so much better!

Die Idee ist grundsätzlich gut und es funktioniert. Ich schnarche tatsächlich weniger. Aber: Dieses Produkt ist nicht so gut wie beschrieben. Ich hatte zuletzt ein Produkt von einer Drogeriekette. Alle Pads haben das Problem, dass sie nicht die ganze Nacht durchweg kleben. Ich habe die Klebepads zwei Nächte probiert. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit ist es abgefallen. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen
