No stomach upset which is a huge plus. (I’m lactose intolerant.) Knocked off a couple stars because the cookies and cream flavor somehow tastes like bitter cardboard. I will suffer through this container but I will not buy it again. Maybe try another flavor?

Mixes good with liquid, doesn’t bother my stomach, great for getting in that quick protein. Definitely wish I got chocolate or vanilla though tbh. Not too big on the flavor. Also not really good for incorporating into foods (even a versatile food like oats). It wasn’t a waste of $ though.
