Q: Is the logo on both front and back? in other words, can i position the zazen without seeing the words zazen?

What's even worse it that it's actually TWO logos per side. Total of 4.

Q: Can the feet be adjusted to level the platform?

Nope! But I can give you some guidance on how I slowed down 'needle jump' on my Pioneer 55DX turntable. Hardwood floors installed. Next, four rubber 'hockey pucks' on the stereo cabinet, Next, a 20lb polished marble slab. I had a Auralex Acoustics foam pad on it, but I pulled it out and put the zaZen (25lb max) isolation pad in, it helped. I'm running 1.5oz on my headshell and I still have to be careful or the needle will jump track. I wanted to send a photo of my setup, but this Amazon response only takes video. Best Regards.

Q: What is the width underneath from one isolation puck to another. I want to place it on a surface that is 15 inch wide and wanted to see if that works?

I just measured mine. It is slightly less than 15 inches from the outside of one of the pucks to the outside of the other one. You should be fine.
