Great mix! Super quick & easy to make. Just NOTE, if you have an ice cream machine like mine- a Cuisinart from Williams Sonoma, make sure you SIFT OUT the chocolate chips prior to mixing in with ingredients. My machine got so CLOGGED up with chocolate that it stopped working and I had to completely disassemble it before I make the 2nd bag in the box.

I wish I had read some of the reviews before making. It is very good but you do need to sift out the chips and add them in the last 5 minutes because they keep the paddle from staying where it needs to be. But all in all it is very good.

My son is extremely allergic to eggs.So we have to use a mix when making homemade ice cream.Super impressed with this one.I used the coffee ,mint chip,and vanilla. I use them as a base and add my own mixes in.Hot fudge,fresh fruit,candy bits etc.In my kichenaid attachment it takes 20 min .We prefer it to harden a little more in the freezer. I can't rave enough about the coffee one.
