Go with Spice Islands...
So I was excited to try this new sugar free vanilla extract, but was a bit underwhelmed. When comparing with my current brand, Spice Islands, the Nielsen Massey smelled and tasted noticeably more of alcohol. I was hoping for and expecting a richer flavor along with more viscosity (thicker texture). This is definitely better than McCormick’s or generic store brand vanilla extract but I think I’ll stay with my tried & true Spice Islands (without corn syrup).
