(GH) LEGEND V4 30 SERVE ORANGE CREAM

Holy cow—this Orange Cream Ghost Pre-Workout is delicious! I tried it today after taking about a month-long break from pre-workouts (my usual flavor is Sour Patch), and it did not disappoint. I love orange cream flavor, and this one tastes spot-on. I did notice the tingling sensation I usually get from Ghost was a bit delayed, and the jitters were milder than before, but the energy and endurance were still there. I had a great workout and pushed through like always with this product.

We are all trying this brands orange dream flavor and love it. We tried a more expensive pre-workout powder from transparency labs but it tasted horrible, we greatly prefer the flavor of this product along with its caffeine kick to unleash beast workouts. No jitters or anxiety was noticed from using this wonderful product just noticed it gives a great pump!

Nit the strongest concentration of ingredients, but still works fine. Great value.

My husband took one scoop of this Ghost pre-workout and was immediately ready to bench press a truck… but unfortunately, he had to sprint to the bathroom instead. It gave him the energy of a thousand suns and the digestive stability of a Taco Bell value meal. Let’s just say the gains were questionable and the air was unforgivable. Smells like radioactive Sour Patch kids and regret. Would I recommend it? Only if you have: • A strong toilet • A brave nose • And no plans for the next 45 minutes 4 stars for the workout, minus 1 star for nearly haunting the plumbing.

I've been using this for almost a month, and I really like it! The tingling sensation gives me a boost and helps get me in the zone for my workouts. I use it pretty regularly during my morning runs. Just a quick heads-up if you have a sensitive stomach like I do: within about five minutes of taking this-or any caffeine, like coffee-I usually have to run to the restroom. So keep that in mind before using it, especially if you're heading out. I did read the reviews beforehand, so I was aware of the potential side effects. Overall though, no complaints, definitely a 5 out of 5 from me!
