It's vinegar Jim, but not as we know it
Delicious stuff - rich and complex, though it isn't actually vinegar. In fact it's made from a mixture of wine vinegar and grape must which is then matured in oak barrels, resulting in a sweeter, lighter flavour than mere vinegar. I forgive the slightly misleading description since it tastes so good.

Great vinegar for salads
Arrived on time and as described. The vinegar is excellent and I highly recommend it. Postage cost is a little excessive.

Pricey, but good
A good quality vingear that's not harsh, and good for using as a base for flavoured vinegars. Shame it's so expensive!

Unlike red wine vinegar, not worth the premium
Quite disappointed with the overall flavour and acidity. Not that much better than run of the mill supermarket products. Not worth the premium I'm afraid

Forum chardonnay vinegar
This vinegar has a very distinctive fruity and slightly sweet flavour.It makes a vinaigrette for a simple green salad special. I purchased it from Amazon UK and it was sold via Getoily. I received my order the day after it was ordered.Really excellent service.
