Amazing, real worth of money, left biseps painful got relieved almost 90% within a month. Spend big sum to physio and drugs. Surprise to see no Doctors recommend this product fornpain relief. But in reality it is the best pain relief than anything available at OTC.

This is an amazing product. I apply it every night & my muscle stiffness & pain is a thing of the past. It might be my imagination but my muscle tone is also improving with the extra dose of magnesium.

Very little or no itch if applied on arms or on the sole of feet. Good product. Effectiveness is open to speculation as I have just started using it.

Love this Magneisum oil. Item arrived well packed and was not damaged. I have been having troubles with oral magneisum supplements at full dosage (upset tummy) , so I decided to try this out to "supplement my supplement" :) Works so well! I am amazed at how easily I fall and stay asleep when I use this along with oral magnesium. Great help for anxiety symptoms as well. The only problem is that I usually need to plan to have a bath sometime after I use this oil, as this leaves a slightly sticky residue on the skin once it is fully absorbed. But that is an issue with any kind of magnesium oil, and for me it's worth the hassle to get the benefits. Wish it was less expensive (I hate paying for hidden charges on imported products that are already expensive abroad, I don't understand why Amazon India doesn't protect its customers by asking vendors to explain hidden charges on imported goods. That way us consumers can also understand what we're paying for. But I guess Consumer Protection is not a priority here, so be prepared to pay whatever extra the vendors like to charge) but I am very happy with the actual magneisum oil. If you have low mag levels, I recommend this! Update : works very well for any kind of muscle spasm or cramp. Ladies, if you have bad period cramps, please consider using this on your tummy whenever the cramps start, even if it is before your period. Repeat as often as needed, while taking care that you don't overdose on Magnesium (upto 400mg per day is safe). It worked well for me, I am hopeful that in time I can reduce my dependence on painkillers! Your gynae (like my utterly useless dismissive one) probably has no clue that magnesium helps enormously to ease menstrual cramps, so don't bother checking with the doc, our Indian gynaes rarely keep up with the latest research. Many countries abroad already have doctors who prescribe Magnesium and Epsom salt (Magnesium Sulphate MgSO4) baths/foot soaks for killer period cramps. Google mag oil and menstrual cramps and you'll see how vital this mineral is to us ladies! Hope his helps, I wish my rubbish gynae had told me about this years ago instead of prescribing harmful chemicals!

This product completely got rid of my hip pain. So I was diagnosed with hip tendonitis. I have had it for about two years now! I see a physical therapist and no relief. It keeps me up at night. I thought to myself I wonder if a magnesium spray would help. Doctors said it would not. Please let me stress I am not crazy. This spray got rid of my pain completely. I would say it took effect maybe a hour hour half? And the pain was gone. Not one thing even pain reliever works! I am so thankful!!!! So clearly the product is great quality. I know this isn’t marketed for pain relief I just had to share my experience! You have no idea what a relief it is to not be feeling pain all the time.

Da ich das Magnesium Öl lang genug ausprobiert kann ! Kann ich nur sagen Top Qualität ! Sehr empfehlenswert. ist ölig beim ein schmieren. Fängt ein bißchen zu brennen an nach 1 Stunde aber da kann man oder soll man es eh runtergwaschen Dadurch merkt man das es sehr konzentriert ist. Kaufe ich jederzeit wieder. Lg. Lieschen

La primera vez que uso aceite de magnesio. Recomendado por una amiga. Fácil de usar con el espray. Pica un poco a veces (pienso que según la sequedad de la piel).

This has totally changed my life...I suffer with sciatica & other nerve pain. I struggled to walk at a general average speed. Just two days of applying this to the areas of my body which was in pain, I could walk at an average speed & even run for the bus (short distance). El mejor magnesio del mercado, pero precios muy elevados en mexico comparados a los precios en EEUU por el mismo producto. Terminas pagando casi 3 veces mas de lo que pagas en el norte.
