Excellent product. My son is happy and plays with it all day long. The quality is good.

UPDATE: seller messaged and issued a refund due to the product breaking so changing my rating. Excellent customer service. Disappointed because we received this gun YESTERDAY and the trigger already broke today... Didn't even last 24 hours. My son had used his Christmas money to purchase this for himself so he's understandably upset.

1/1 scale Colt Python replica. We repainted it together for his costume and it came out great! Much better than quality and value than cheap Halloween costume pistols that usually break before Halloween.

I wish there was a way to contact the seller directly, so we could hopefully work something out and I wouldn’t need to leave a bad review. I will update this if they reach out to me and make it right. Unfortunately, it hasn’t even been a week and the gun broke — specifically the trigger, which now has jammed the gun, thus making it inoperable. My son is devastated; he saved up his money to purchase this, and has only had a few days with it. The gun is actually a nice one— realistic size, and heavier plastic than most. The chamber is easily accessed with a button, and it was a decent shot. As of right now, I do not recommend purchasing. Will update if I hear from seller. **UPDATE** The seller contacted me the very next day, and issued a full refund. Because their customer service is great, I am re-rating from a 1 to a 4. Knowing that their customer service is great, I would recommend purchasing. Just be cautious with the trigger.
