It came fast. It's my fault I should have read it's Amazon's choice! But I didn't realize it was only 30 capsules. My mistake I'll look for another quality brand that has 50 60 or 120 tablets for around the same price or not much more. Good product.

This says it has 20% more of the key ingredient than the product i was using prior, but it doesn't seem to be anywhere near as effective for me, the one i was using prior was a liquid and this is power in a capsule, so i don't know if that's the defining factor, but this seems to have very little effect on me. I'll continue taking it for a while and update my review if anything changes, but so far it's not making the night & day difference that the other product did

I’ve been using Methylene Blue for quite a while, and my go to has always been the liquid form taken with a dropper. That liquid version hits fast and hard. I usually feel the mental clarity within 30 minutes, and my urine turns blue soon after, which to me is a sign it's kicking in.This capsule form by Peak Performance is more convenient. It doesn’t stain your mouth, teeth, or tongue—which is important when I have meetings or need to talk to people face-to-face. With the liquid, my mouth turns so blue it’s impossible to hide. So now, if I have meetings or I'm out in public, I go for this capsule version. If I’m working alone and don’t care about the blue-mouth effect, I still reach for the liquid due to its stronger and faster results.I’ve noticed these capsules take longer to kick in than the liquid form I take. It’s usually a couple of hours before I feel the mental boost, and my urine doesn’t turn blue until about the same time. While the dosage is supposed to be the same, taking Methylene Blue as a capsule feels about half as effective as taking it as a liquid.That said, I'm reviewing this specific product, and for a capsule version, considering the convenience and ability to be presentable in meetings, this is a great option.This product is pharmaceutical grade, which is super important when you are consuming Methylene Blue, as it helps reduce the risk of contamination, including heavy metals such as lead.
