Excellent product. Easy to set up. Great coverage. Meshed system works very well and has extended my coverage throughout the entire house, including front and back yard.

Bought this in May and straight away had slow speed issues. Netgear support said I needed another satellite so I bought another one…. speeds still slow. After a couple of months of backward and forward phone calls, sending log files and finding even more issues, they finally agreed it was faulty. Then I was told that there were no replacements in stock (even though they were still selling them). After another 2 months of waiting, I contacted Amazon and they refunded it. Netgear treat their customers like 💩. They have previously been fined by the ACCC for dodgy behaviour but apparently haven’t learnt their lesson.

This is a very strong router with excellent signal everywhere. You may need less satellites than you think. I read all of this reviews about dropping signal and it happened to me, but that’s simply because I thought I needed a lot of satellites. Using Netspot app I saw how strong each signal was from each of the satellites and noticed they were causing interference with each other as they were all super strong. For me, when I had connections drop, I removed one satellite and spaced the other one to the other edge of the house. That worked miracles and my internet speed is through the roof all over the house (and even outside of the house). An excellent choice of router I highly recommend.

I have a two-story house made of cinder block, and no mesh system, and I mean none, could give me solid coverage. I’ve tried the Deco M9 Plus (2 units), Eero Pro 6e (4 units), and even the Deco AXE5400 (3 units). No matter what I did, the signal couldn’t get through the walls or reach my outdoor security cameras. I finally caved and bought the Orbi 870 3-pack, and let me tell you, these things are D—n good. I was getting my full 2Gb speed just running two of them, and adding the third gave me full coverage all the way outside to my cameras. I used to avoid Orbi because of the price and because I thought it wasn’t compatible with Frontier Fiber. I was so wrong. Setup was simple, and while the app has limited options, you can access the web interface for more control and customization. The speed is stable. I haven't had any issues with disconnection. These Orbis have completely restored my faith in tech. Reliable, powerful, and worth every cent.
