Kicks up my Ramen with a clean beefy flavor!!! I wish I would have found this sooner
I bought this primarily for adding to Ramen, but I use it for many other dishes as well. First the Ramen- I use about 1/2 a table spoon per bowl and it adds clean beefy flavor and a rich mouthfeel that brings it to the next level without adding extra salt like a beef broth paste does. I don't make Ramen without this product. I wish I would have found this sooner.I also use this for Bolognaise sauce, stir fry, on smoked brisket, fried eggs, beef curry, and as a topper on less fatty steak cuts like NY strip or sirloin. My jar arrived well packed, fully sealed, and fresh. I will always have a jar of this in my fridge

Silky smooth
Bought two of these- one for cooking and one to use as a moisturizer.It is excellent for both uses. It miraculously doesn’t make you stink like a side of beef when applied to skin ( any slight smell at first wears right off) and is the perfect frying oil for eggs, potatoes, you name it, as it adds that body that only animal fat can achieve.Try it. If you don’t like it for one use- keep it for the other.

Don't add too much at one time.
Love the flavor it adds to many dishes. Added some to my roasting beef and pork for a few different dishes...tacos, enchiladas and tamales.

Great product
Love the flavor and texture of the tallow. Highly heat doesn't burn it. Last long without refrigeration. Creamy and easy to spoon out.

Adds richness to your meals
I buy this product for two uses. When I make Yorkshire pudding in goes into the pan and gets heated before I add the batter. It gives the bread pudding a beefy taste my family likes.Where I use it most often though, is to add richness and body to Vietnamese pho. I have attached a picture of my pho I make with this tallow for reference. You need this to get the right taste and mouth feel for the soup and I can tell you it makes your pho stand up easily to any you might get in a restaurant or Vietnamese cafe. I highly recommend this product.

Improved cooking
Absolutely wonderful, the taste from searing a roast with the beef tallow made it so much better in taste. Definitely enjoyed it.
