Absolutely love this. Have been using it in different combinations for drinks. The colour changing effect with lemon is mesmerizing. Subtle taste on its own. Love the vibrant colour. Makes the prettiest drinks

I loved the color these small edible flowers added to my appetizer — they brought such a beautiful and delicate touch. I’ve also used them to brighten up cocktails, and they added an amazing natural pop of color. The quality seems excellent, and I really appreciate that the colors are 100% natural. They definitely elevate both the look and feel of any dish or drink!

Love these!! I hadn’t noticed this was a bag full of the whole dried flowers (thought they’d be ground). I wanted to make a blue cheesecake recipe I was shown but wanted to avoid excess artificial food coloring. I couldn’t achieve a very vivid blue for the cheesecake portion but for the jelly top it worked out wonderfully. I didn’t know it was possible to achieve beautiful blue tones naturally. You don’t need a lot of flowers either- use more or less depending on how dark/light you want it to be. As far as taste goes, when I brewed a cup to drink on its own, the taste reminded me a bit of some green teas. In the cheesecake I made, I didn’t detect it at all. Just keep in mind that if you will use it to color food and want it to be blue, your recipe must avoid anything acidic as otherwise it will turn it purple. I noticed when I added the gelatin to the jelly part it activated some purple undertones.

This is my first time purchasing this tea. I have seen alot of rave about it & curiousity paid off. It has a pleasant smell, gorgous color. The second batch I mixed hibiscus flowers I dried from fall & it tastes great together. I can't wait to let my grandkids try it & watch the color change if they want to try it with lemon, lime, or orange.

Its sooooo good! I start off with a little to gauge how strong the flavor will be since I've never had it before and leave it steeped for 5 mins, still a strong enough flavor. And the longer you steep, the darker the blue. Add lemon juice, you'll get your purple tea. It does smell like peas when you open the bag and taste a lil like it (duh, pea flower), but I love both of those things. Its better with sugar and lemon over ice. Definitely will order this again, especially from this seller and I can't wait to try their other products I'm that happy
