These are very nice, easy to use and saves stripping the wire to make new connections into an old wire. I especially like that the new connection can be unplugged and plugged back in in case I want to change lights. The only concern is when plugging the new wire in you need to make sure the metal spade part inside the connector is in the center so as not to slip off to the side.

Not easy to work with. Needs pliers to close on the wires. Difficult when in tight places. Had to remove and replace items several times. Spade lugs difficult to slip on.
