How can you in all honesty rate a multi-vitamin? I suppose you can check blood tests prior to taking the pills and then afterwards. By taking these pills, (2 at a time), you won’t all of a sudden feel, as the commercials say, “more bounce in your step”).Yes, there are certain meds that act fairly quickly like certain pain pills, steroids etc. These pills are not like that.Again the only way to determine if these vitamins are providing the nutrients you need is by a before and after blood tests prior. How else can you determine the effect on your body?
