Until recently I thought only the K2 was necessary for the maximum absorption of vitamin D in the intestinal tract. After reading a few articles, it seems all the above, magnesium, zinc and mct oils work together to help get the most out of your daily vitamin intake. Interesting reading. I could not find this combination at our local vitamin supplement store but as sure as Amazon has everything, here it is. I was not convinced about the liquid form but after taking it for a few days i much prefer it. I am looking into a liquid daily vitamin as well. Faster acting and just easier to take. Having to purchase these separately just in the pill form would be twice the cost so it is a good value as well. Time will tell as far as the effectiveness of this product as I have regular blood test for vitamin d and magnesium levels but based on my research venture pal is a reputable company with many happy customers and a ton of contact info on their website. I am happy with this purchase and confident on the quality level. Its a great price, I just hope it stays that way because I plan on this being part of my daily vitamin plan.

I previously ordered the strawberry flavored, but when I ran out, they were sold out of the strawberry 🍓 flavor, so I ordered the raspberry flavor instead. Doesn't really taste like raspberry, not even raspberry candy. Not sure whet the flavor is, it's a flavor that's for certain & it's sweet. I take this with my collagen. It's supposed to help collagen have better absorption. I think it is working because I have noticed certain changes that I affiliate with collagen intake & it sure seems to help it. Plus all the other good benefits too. I usually just take two dropper full orally. Occasionally, I will add to a cup of room temperature or warm water.

The IU seems good however on the Other Ingredient list, it says "natural flavor"? it doesn't specify what that natural ingredient is. Also it has a weird taste like chemical, (not sure if that what it is)it does linger in the mouth but is not pleasant. I give some to my children and they hate taking it and well I bear it, but not sure if i will purchase this item again .
