Description was accurate. Device was clean and free from any major dings and scratches. The power cord could have been cleaned a bit better tho as it had some dust, but that was minor.

We have two of these for my homeschool kiddos and these are absolutely perfect!! They are very durable and withstand kids being kids. The value is amazing! My oldest has had hers for 3 years!! The touchscreen is fantastic and works great.

I ordered the item as stated; what arrived was a quite similar model, a Lenova 500e 2nd Generation. It's not a terrible mistake, and I assume the shipper just had a bunch of comparible models. These things are bouncing around Amazon from $37 to $89. The Lenova either ties with or wins various categories, so I can't complain. It arrived in good shape, just some truly bizarre scratches on the bottom. Otherwise I'd describe it as lightly used. Screen is clear, no scratches, touchscreen works fine. Keyboard very responsive. Video streams without buffering, and in spite of relatively low resolution (1366 x 768) I found it plenty sharp enough for viewing. Sound isn't very loud. I paired a Majority bluetooth speaker which solved the problem. Battery life is good, lasting 8 to 11 hours, and it charges with USB-C, @ 45 watts. Much more convenient than old fashioned power bricks. With a return policy, if you're interested in something like this, something for a backpack or brief travel, give it a try. It's not much money to risk. But remember it's not a gaming machine; use minimal open tabs and clear the cache regularly, keep the OS updated. For better storage, get a micro SD card. Good luck!
