As a Respiratory therapist, I am pleased with this little nebulizer! It isn’t too loud when nebulizing, the mist is consistent and runs quickly, it is a great size and easy to use. The only drawback is that the plastic chamber where the fluid goes in is very flimsy and feels cheap
