Marmite Reduced Salt Yeast Extract Spread 250 g x 6

Blue top Marmite is difficult to buy in the shops but is worth the change as it is 25% less salt but with all the usual taste and uses.

Shortage in shops so decided to buy in bulk as i love Marmite

Bargain price for marmite at the usual quality. Tastes way better with less salt.

I am a big marmite fan but these days more aware of all the salt additives in food. Thought I'd try this reduced salt marmite, thought it would possibly be not as good but I can't tell any difference in flavour, its a little more runny so watch that marmite dribble on the jar or else you'll be into what my family calls the 'marmite lid'. Where the lid glues itself to the jar with the power of marmite people allowed to run down the jar. Excellent product I will now make the permanent switch to reduced salt marmite.

I am a Vegan. I eat Marmite everyday so that I know that I have had my daily intake of vitamin B12. I love it. This is the genuine product.

I thought the reduced salt would have the same taste, just less salty, but it doesn't. Next time I will bite the bullet for the extra salt.

Born and bred on Marmite, I consider myself an afficionado. The reduced salt unfortunately as in most "lite" or "fat-reduced" products, definitely harms the flavor. If you are serious about your marmite, don't buy this.
