I took these pills as prescribed on the bottle (3/day) and there was absolutely no change at all. I do not recommend purchasing this item. There was no increase blood flow anywhere in my body. My BP remained the same before, during and after taking this for over a month. The manufacture "implies" better circulation to your "member" and this is also not true. There was no medical benefit at all.

I tried this product used the first bottle it seemed to work, but it has some side effects. Were it affected the muscle in my left arm to the point that it hurts, when I try to lift anything. Because of the pain in my arm, I would not suggest anyone taking this product.
