Mine lists an expiration date of 10-2026, and it arrived to me 04/2026.Product is marked as being "Proudly made in the USA". The distributor info lists a street address in Delaware, along with an e-mail address. Said address searches out to a "corporate compliance" office.

I take these each morning. They have help balance my hormones. I have a partial hysterectomy so I needed hormones to help me loose weight. So far 2 weeks in down 4lbs.

I'm trying a combination of supplements to try and better balance my hormones and blood sugar due to PCOS. I want to say this is helping, but it's hard to tell without getting some blood tests done. However, I don't need the added vitamins etc outside of the inositol. I'm already taking B12 and D separately, and the amounts added here aren't likely to add much of any benefit. So I'd rather just have the pure inositols.

I am so glad I bought this. This is better other pills in this category. 10 out of 10 I recommend. 👍🏽

Amazing for my pcos

This dissolves well and has barely any flavor (just a mild sweetness) but i haven't noticed any improvements since i started taking it. actually, now that i think on it i have noticed some changes, my general attitude and outlook has gotten significantly worse

I have not been using this long enough to report on long term effects. I have also never written a review on a product before but I just HAD to on this one. TMI warning: talking about women's body functions. Before purchasing I read several reviews about women experiencing getting their menstrual cycle on the second day taking these after not having one for a long period of time. I was skeptical, but that was not my primary reason for taking them anyways. Well, I received my bottle late in the day so I took one dose in the evening with dinner and didn't think anything of it. I woke up the next morning with pressure and bloating and started my cycle that day! I havent had a cycle in months (at least 10 months, maybe more, I stopped keeping track) due to PCOS. I am excited to continue these and see how they help with managing hormones so I can process insulin correctly and lose weight.
