Versatile!
Love it! I’m a group fitness instructor and needed a mat for CxWorx/Tone/Combat/Attack that was sturdy enough to handle shoes and such. Then the flip side for BodyFlow/yoga. I don’t have to use the gym mats (which are questionable for cleanliness) and i could use it for so many different classes. If you want your own personal mat that doubles as a yoga mat buy it!!

one of the worst high price mats although it keeps slipping me whatever the side you choose it keeps slipping really doesn't worth the money i would prefer to buy a cheaper mat with better quality,,, that lift a very bad impression
