Lovely flavour, takes a while to dissolve.
My all time favourite inulin for flavour. I use it in warm milk and it tastes like horlicks. It takes longer to dissolve than other inulin products I've tried, but it's worth the wait. Nice, gentle effect. Will definitely be buying more.

Tastes Pleasant
Organic so no nasty fillers, smells of candyfloss and tastes quite sweet, I have had a few of these over the past months and they mix well and are not unpleasant to taste. The organic aspect is important to me as I don't like additives in my supplements.

Confused
I don’t understand- I thought soluble fibre dissolved & formed a slight gel. It says on packet easy to mix into drink or water - but it isn’t. It forms a solid shape & no matter how carefully I mix it it doenst doesn’t really dissolve. I mt makes water slightly yellow & I can put the paste in my mouth & chew. Weird. Is this a faulty one? Certainly not easy to mix in. Very sweet.
