So far, so good. It has been less than a month

I haven't taking it long. I am on week 2. I have noticed that it does curve you appetite but I havent lost any weight yet. I am also currently swelling in feet and ankle. I can't say for sure if it is come from this supplement or not. I do think it is. My energy level is the same. There hasn't been an effect on energy.
