This product is wonderful on my carpets! Takes the stain out and makes it smell really nice. Easy to mix up and use and can keep the spray bottles for when you're ready the next time.

My cat pukes on carpet once in a while. I tried using the roover carpet cleaner to spot clean it, and it does remove the stain pretty well. However, the Roover cleaning solution does not deal with odor and the spot still smells abyssamal despite being clean. THIS helped get rid of the smell effectively. Just spray on and leave it dry.Thank you Jackson! I learned a lot from your cat videos and now have my carpet cleaned with your product!!

I highly recommend this product! I have used it for years for many pet cleanups. We have an elderly dog and are constantly needing to use the spray. I even use the spray for cleaning and it works wonderfully. I use it also for off label spraying the urine stained fur on our elderly dog. It lifts the urine off of his fur and it doesn't irritate his sensitive skin. I also have a ton of shampoo less dog shampoos, but Jackson Galaxy works the best for many of the uses I have found. My husband has numerous medications that cause his skin to bleed, and some incontinence. This product will completely dissolve some smaller blood stains, and removes most after a short soak followed by machine washing, and removes urine odor from clothing, mattress, and furniture.

It’s pricey, but it has removed most of the stains and odors from our cat’s accidents/illnesses. Be prepared to spend some time until the tablet dissolves. I also spray sheets with this before laundering and it removes urine smells very well.

All manner of animal origin stains, if you know what i mean. May take more than one treatment, but is worth buying the magic refills. Three bottles here always, one on each floor, because the daggum cats like to eat/vomit any plants in the house, and nothing worse than stepping in some surprise gift in the middle of the night. Keep paper towels handy with the spray bottles.

I've always used Nature's Miracle for cat urine odor, and it has always worked until my cat peed on a brand new couch. It went all the way through the cushion and after trying multiple cleaners, vinegar, and baking soda, I came across Jackson Galaxy's Ex Stain and Odor Eliminator. It has been a few days of re-applying and air drying, but I can confidently say that the pee smell is GONE. This stuff works, and saved it my $1,400 couch!

This is my first Jackson Galaxy product purchase. I needed something that would resolve my cat issues and this product worked beautifully on vinyl floor and carpet. It was super easy to use and I’m pleased with how it worked on fresh stains and old stains I found by using a black light. However, the advertised odor fighting properties of this product are not good. I don’t feel that this product works as well as Natures Miracle or Angry Orange for odor. All I wanted was ONE PRODUCT that would work on stains & odor and this product did half of that. ironically some of the older stains that still had a slight odor did somewhat dissipate but fresh stains had a lingering scent after cleaning. I would probably not buy again. I do have a senior male cat with leukemia, digestive issues and occasional UTIs, So perhaps his various outputs are more extreme than this product is intended.
