Honestly, I purchased this mount after seeing all the TikToks. The concept looks great. The suction cup looks beefy and the locking mechanism to hold it in place should work. Unfortunately, that's the main point of failure. The suction doesn't last long at all. Hanging from a wind shield, you'll be lucky if you get a full 24hours out it, assuming you don't actually put your phone on. I've left it sitting on my desk attached to the flat mount that's included, with no weight at all and it still fails to maintain suction.

Easy to use, no assembly required, magnet holding the phone is strong, and sticks well on multiple surfaces like cabinets, windows, and wooden table. 100% worth the money and would buy again.

I bought this based of the factor of not having something permanently attached to my car. The suction cup aspect as well as the 360* rotation was a selling point.I have read the reviews and, against my better judgment, i bought it anyway.It’s not a terrible product but my issue was that the suction cup was too big for the area i planned on using it in my car.The magnet is VERY strong so no worries there. I tried the suction cup on another surface and it worked well…..until you bump the extended arm accidentally. Then it pops off the surface with phone attached.I wouldn’t say it was terribly loose but just the off chance of my phone falling and cracking was enough for me to return the product.I guess I’ll have to use a phone holder with 3M tape (which i did not want to do) and permanently affix it to my interior surface.If they made the suction cup a bit smaller so people can use it in tighter, constricted areas it would be a game changer

It’s okay, holds my phone most of the time but after one use the suction cup is just kind of…off? It doesn’t look right, kind of like it was pulled on. If I hit any kind of bump in the road my phone falls which is not great. It’s also a bit hard to get a good angle in the car (which is what I bought it for) so honestly, I don’t really use it.

Got this due to being a fan of their screen protectors. Installation was easy and felt sturdy at the time. It has a strong hold on both the surface and your phone, however, that doesn’t matter when the tilt option on the mount is broken. I used the thing twice before it gave out. It went from having my phone face me upright to my phone facing the dash. And there’s no way to fix it due to its design. Very disappointed.

The “suction” cup doesn’t suction. Keeps falling everytime I put my phone on. Im using the little platform that comes with it to suction on but it doesn’t stay on. The magnet works good though.
