This shelf tremendously helped me save a lot of space in my space! My shoes were all over the floor but now my room looks spacious, trendy and organized. It was very simple to put together.

Its cheap furniture. I knew that. I wasnt anticipating perfection and assumed it would be flimsy. Mine came dirty with black scuff marks that weren't removed with either spray cleaner or magic eraser. I thought i could look past that and went to put it together anyways. Assembly requires that you push "pegs" into "holes" and does not use screws or other fasteners. Problem is that the material is really nothing more than gloried foam board (its not particle board or MDF like most other cheap furniture pieces are made of, its literal dense foam board) When you go to push the pieces together, the material breaks and splinters and chips and makes an awful "snapping" and "breaking" noise for lack of better words. Fed up, I decided to return it because it obvs isn't made to last if it isn't even made to be assembled w/o breaking. The usual Amazon return process doesn't apply for this item. Only self service options for return included shipping back at your own expense w/o reimbursement, EVEN IF PRODUCT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED OR DAMAGED. I messaged support chat, was told that they would file a claim, and that they'd get back to me with my options. Received another email shortly after stating that I can return it to XYZ address but I still have to pay for shipping and that it will be reimbursed. Even more fed up, I jump on UPS website and shipping will cost around 30$ (to ship an 80$ item, about 1/3 of the item price) and I honestly have no faith that I will even be reimbursed when they receive it. The seller is unlike any other seller I've dealt with through Amazon in the 6+ years I've been shopping on here. Would not recommend that ANYONE buy ANYHTING from here unless they 1) are absolutely certain that they will be keeping the purchase or 2) have money to lose and no cares about the loss. Super bummed that the piece didn't work but also now superrrr pissed at this entire process. I love Amazon because they are so flexible and efficient and I have had nothing but great experiences thus far.... their support and customer service have been great. But.... I can not believe that they allow sellers onto their platform with their own return rules that are so so different from Amazon return rules?? Why do they allow this? IDK but it has me questing every large purchase from Amazon from here on out. Will be spending much less money here after this.
