Slightly artificial, but delicious!
For the most part, this syrup is good. The more I use it, the more I actually do like it. I bought a couple Maison Routin syrups (including this one) recently to make some Italian sodas and candy, and figured mango would be pretty easy to like.It tastes a little more artificial than I expected, but mixed in with club soda it tastes like a light mango soda I could buy at a store. The flavor is definitely there but it's subdued - which I like. It doesn't overpower what I'm drinking but adds a nice bit of fruitiness and sweetness.

Prefer Torani
This was my first time trying 1883...I normally get Torani. I got 1883's violet, orchid and mango. The violet was AH-MA-ZING, the orchid had no flavor whatsoever, and this, meh. Granted, it has more of a natural mango flavor than Torani, but I think Torani just tastes better in tea (which is where I use these syrups). Just a personal preference.
