great upgrade and just like the OEM nozzle
I recently upgraded my A1 Mini with the HzdaDeve Hotend, and I’m thrilled with the results. Here’s a 5-star review reflecting my experience: Exceptional Performance The HzdaDeve Hotend significantly improves the printing capabilities of the A1 Mini. The high-temperature range allows for the use of a wider variety of filaments, including those that require higher temperatures. This versatility has expanded my printing options and improved the overall quality of my prints. Multiple Nozzle Sizes The inclusion of 0.4MM, 0.6MM, and 0.8MM nozzles is a fantastic feature. The different sizes provide flexibility for various printing needs, from detailed, intricate designs to faster, larger prints. Switching between nozzles is straightforward, and each size performs exceptionally well, maintaining consistent filament flow and print quality. Easy Installation Installing the hotend was a breeze. The clear instructions made the upgrade process simple, even for someone who isn’t a technical expert. It fits perfectly with the A1 Mini, and I didn’t encounter any issues during the setup. Improved Print Quality Since upgrading, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my prints. The enhanced temperature control and precision of the hotend result in smoother, more accurate prints with less stringing and fewer imperfections. The upgrade has taken my 3D printing projects to a new level of professionalism. Durable and Reliable The build quality of the HzdaDeve Hotend is impressive. It feels sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence in its long-term durability. I’ve been using it extensively, and it has consistently delivered reliable performance without any signs of wear or degradation. Conclusion In summary, the HzdaDeve Hotend for A1 Mini/A1 is a fantastic upgrade that brings significant enhancements to the 3D printing experience. With its high-temperature capabilities, multiple nozzle sizes, easy installation, and improved print quality, it’s a worthwhile investment for anyone looking to elevate their 3D printing projects. Excellent Upgrade for My 3D Printer
The HzdaDeve ceramic hotend set has been an outstanding upgrade for my 3D printer. The variety of nozzle sizes (0.2mm, 0.4mm, and 0.6mm) gives me the flexibility to switch between ultra-fine detail prints and faster, larger-scale projects without sacrificing quality. The ceramic build is a real standout—it heats quickly, retains temperature extremely well, and resists wear far better than standard brass nozzles. I’ve noticed smoother extrusion, sharper details, and excellent layer adhesion across multiple filament types. Even after extended use, there’s no sign of clogging or tip degradation. Swapping between nozzle sizes is straightforward, and each one has performed flawlessly right out of the box. If you want both precision and durability in your prints, this hotend set is a fantastic investment.

.4mm Ceramic Hotend Honest review with about 200 hours on the hotend.
This ceramic .4mm hotend was working great at first now I'm getting abnormal heating errors all the time. (I have yet try the .2 simply because there is no option yet for .2 harden steel in the firmware and I don't normally print in .6 so no comment on those hotends) Like I said it was working great but now it's not. I don't know if the wiring is a little too thin, (looks super thin compared to AC. I also think all these hotends including the original AC hotends wires are a bit too short they can barely plug in while dropping the hotend out) and maybe all the jerking from the print broke one of the wires enough to let it print for a while before erroring. It only occurs so far on everything over 12 hours long. I got about 350 hours on the normal hotend that came with my S1C before running into issues, I just think this one should have lasted at least lasted twice as long.

I'm impressed
You hear enough horror stories online you don't know what to trust. However, many of those with these hot ends are because the individual didn't install the nozzel correctly. I already have a 0.2 and 0.4 mm hot end and both work fine with the A1(I even had a malfunction where the filament jammed up and encased the entire Bambu Hot end. The these issues aren't limited to off brand parts. That being said, these seem to be well made off brand hot ends and the ability to change nozzel is awesome. Did a couple prints at 0.8mm and I was (obviously) able to cut my print times in 1/2 coming from the 0.4mm hot end. The provided tools work however you need a wrench or gripper while changing the heads to remove / install them. Don't over tighten, it stops when it's in. The issues I had were because my build plat was dirty. Cleaned it with dish soap, tossed it back on and I did some terrain prints for battletech. At 0.8mm on a Bambu A1 I was able to get reliable prints at 100% speed and it would kick up to 124% if you already had your base layers down. I jumped to ludicrous speed and tore up the build. I think I need to adjust the speed that the extruder functions at to keep up with the demand. No need to print at ludicrous speed on 0.8mm anyway. Compared my 0.4mm Bambu Hot End Speed printed terrain vs the 0.8mm max quality terrain (that was still much faster) and the hex based terrains (multiple elevations and such) are indistinguishable from one another. If anything, I think the stuff printed at 0.8mm came out better due to printing it at the max quality of that nozzel.

Change is hard.
The product works amazing when you have the right nozzle in & the setting for the pla. The only down side is the little wrench tool with the hole doesn't work with the item dry/cold or used with gunk on it. You'll have to struggle a lot to get it off & the tool with show indents from you processing too hard.

Great cost effective upgrade for Kobra S1
Super fast heat up and cool down. Z height off the bed will need to be adjusted after swapping to or from every time. Not the nozzle’s fault, just facts. Would recommend and have!

Probably the best Steel Nozzle for Kobra S1
Works pretty great with Anycubic Kobra S1! Heats very quickly (noticeably faster than stock) and made printing Siraya Tech PPA filament actually possible on my K1C. Haven't tried abrasives just yet and time will tell its durability. Be sure to update your printer's nozzle setting (didn't see 0.2 steel available as of May 2025) to either 0.4 steel or 0.6mm steel, restart printer, and then re-run nozzle PID and other calibrations. Works pretty great!

Unable to replace nozzle. Sheet-metal wrench worthless.
It printed well for a few months, but when it clogged I was unable to remove the nozzle - making it disposable as opposed to replaceable. The sheet-metal wrench was worthless and rounded off. Even with plyers and vice-grips I was unable to remove the nozzle. AI suggested using nickel anti-seize on the threads during assembly.
