Pathetic product and service

I am writing this after using the product after 1 month first it was instLled after 10 days of delivery even after multiple calls to Faber and I recommend not to buy at any cost pathetic product even on 7th day this product got faulty automatically getting started and getting stopped. Complaint made to company but no one visited after 15 days of complaint registered still waiting for the engineer to visit.
