1:3 tapioca to water ratio. When cooking, it’s done if the tapioca is clear and not white in the center. Once done, it can be prepared in any drinks or dishes you desire. Review: Tiny bubbles - Easy to cook, nice little delicate chewy bubbles for my fresh fruit desserts that I make with: Cubed mangoes, sliced bananas, coconut milk, sugar, evaporated milk and these tapioca pearls (boiled and cooled). Mix and chill - it’s so refreshing. Review: Good Texture, Easy Prep, Perfect for Pudding or Taho - Easy to cook, taste exactly as expected, and the texture turns out just right—soft all the way through, not chewy or with a hard center like some other brands. They hold up well for a few days in the fridge too. My wife initially thought they’d be more like the larger boba-style pearls that stay separate, but these are smaller and end up with more of a sticky rice consistency. Honestly, that worked even better for what we needed—puddings and Filipino Taho.

Great for Sago!
Easy to make and a great addition to our Sago (boba soup as my daughter calls it). Trick is to make sure your water is boiling rapidly before adding the tapioca pearls.

Exactly what i was looking for...
Exactly what i was looking for and shipping was on par. These mini pearls are clear like the ones i find in my favorite Vietnamese restaurant Taro pudding. Not sweet, but i've seen videos suggesting to boil these with a ratio of sugar to be absorbed by the pearl. The longer you cook these beads/pearls the clearer they get. But be mindful that they may totally dissolve and the entire water bath will be one soild gelatinous liquid that will solidly if cooled.

Just what we needed for a Tapioca and Boba tea
My daughter found a Tapioca and Boba tea recipe that called for tapioca pearls and these arrived quickly and were just what we needed!
