I just received this heating pad and put it to work immediately. It it a great item. Heats up well and the timer works great. It is very long and goes from my shoulders to my upper thighs. I am kind of disappointed that the fabric is not flannel but actually a polyester type material but I will just cover it with a cotton pillowcase. I highly recommend. *UPDATE* I have had this heating pad for less than 7 months and it stopped working. It does not heat anymore and I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. My previous heating pad lasted 12 years and I expected to get at least a couple of years out of this one.

Great size but this product is a piece of crap. I've only had it for two months and it already doesn't work! A replalcement or refund would be nice but too much hassle.

Oh my! Best heating pad I’ve EVER purchased. Soft, says it is washable, heats up quickly- about 30 seconds & heats evenly. No issue with hard wires. Can set auto shut off from 15 on up to 90 minutes, 6 heat levels (tho I doubt you’ll ever need it above 2), very long cord, nice control pad, no weird chemical smell. The part where the cord detaches from unit is easy to plug/unplug, slides right in. If it’s tugged too hard, it just pops out, which I really like. I purchased this mostly for back pain, but bigger benefit of using right now is for it to warm the foot of the bed before getting in, as it was 20 degrees last night. I’m in menopause & having terrible hot flashes, so even a heated throw blanket would be far too hot, even while my feet are frozen bricks from diabetes & neuropathy. I think this is durable & should last many years. Only issue I have is a dog that wants to covet it.

This heating pad is great. It's a good length and has 6 settings. It's soft and comfortable. Heats well and also has time settings on it.

Just a month after the return window closed the NALONE Extra Large Heating Pad stopped working. The heating intensity can no longer be adjusted and blinks on the 3 setting and the heating blanket no longer heats up at all. Since it was past the return window and I have a soldering iron, I opened the faulty unit and checked connection but the wires were still soldered in place and I didn't see any blackened/scorched areas. I checked the other reviews when I wrote this and saw other reviewers have had the same exact problem. Clearly there is a quality control problem with this product. DO NOT BUY.

Stopped working within an year Of purchase, regardless of limited use and proper care and storage. Not worth it.

Size is great exactly what I was needing after my surgery. Heating is great and delivers fast
