Was GREAT at first. UPDATE 11/05/2025
***UPDATE*** The manufacturer reached out to me and replaced the keyboard free of charge. A+ on customer service. Back to a five star rating in my books. Thank you very much! ***ORIGINAL*** This was great at first. I love the economic design, the fill of the keys and definitely the style of mouse. It worked flawlessly for about 10 months. Then all of a sudden, it’s as if half the keys don’t work. You have to push them multiple times in order for them to respond. Reaching out to their customer service to see if anything can be done.

Just as good, maybe even better than Microsoft Ergonomic LXM-00001/Wired
I've been using a wired, Microsoft split keyboard, LXM-00001, for the past three years, and I loved it, minus the fact that the keys were wearing off. I have been typing long enough that I don't need to see the keys, but it just bothered me, how awful my keyboard looked. I also wanted a wireless option but Microsoft doesn't make a wireless version of that keyboard. So, I went shopping and looked for something that visually matched the MS. This Meetion option was my choice, because it's nearly the same layout. I also liked that it had one unifying USB receiver for both the keyboard and mouse. Too many wireless receivers in close proximity seem to cause trouble with each other. I didn't want to worry about it, plus, who can't appreciate having an extra USB port handy? So far, I've had no problem with a missing connection or missing keys. Both the keyboard and the mouse have worked flawlessly and have not dropped connection or gone dead. I can't attest to how long a charge holds yet, because I'm still rolling with my initial charge (a few days) Now, for the typing experience. Since I've been using a keyboard with the same set up as the Meetion for the past few years, I had no "break in" period to learn the layout. My fingers were flying as soon as I got the thing turned on. One reviewer said this keyboard is too loud. Well, it's not exactly quiet, no doubt, but I actually like the "thunk" sound the keys make. A little ASMR, if you will, that increases my typing satisfaction. For some reason, I just REALLY like it. Call me silly, I guess. If you're someone who is used to mechanical keyboards, this sound shouldn't bother you at all. Plus, the sensitivity and play in the keys just works for me. I find I rarely misskey on this thing. When I do, it's a ME problem, not a keyboard problem. The leather wrist support is also a plus for me. Microsoft makes a nylon wrist pad for their ergonomic KB's and those are hit or miss if they'll show stains. The Meetion seems like all it'll ever need is a good swipe with a baby wipe. It also feels pretty good. It hasn't irritated my skin or anything, and it definitely helps with wrist comfort. I can't attest to the durability of it, though, because I haven't had it that long, but that would be something to be conscious of. Some faux leather can break down over long term use. This seems like a decent quality faux leather, so this may never be a problem. Only time will tell on that. The mouse that comes with this keyboard is excellent. I love everything about the mouse. It's a decent size, not too big, but not too small for someone with a medium size hand. It's very responsive with satisfying roll ease and a nice clicky that's completely silent. Again, I love that it doesn't need it's own dedicated USB receiver. I have no complaints at all about the mouse. Love it. All in all, I'm very pleased with this keyboard/mouse. I felt unsure, given the few reviews and the name brand not being one I was familiar with, but I'm glad I took the chance. This is a fairly decent price point as well, and it wouldn't be too hard on the bank account to purchase another one as a gift or as a replacement. So, yeah, I would buy this again if I needed to, and I do recommend it if you're someone who kinda likes the mechanical keyboard sound and feel and you don't work in a library quiet atmosphere. XOXO Meetion!

Great/Efficient/Fast Customer Service
This is a review are primarily for the good customer service. I like the product too - it's a comfortable ergonomic and convenient wireless mouse/keyboard combo. The best part and main reason I got it is because I don't have to put batteries in it, just plug the USB-C cable from either device to my computer to charge up the rechargeable batteries inside. I suppose the quality could be better (or maybe it was just an anomaly) because a few months after getting and using it, the wireless USB receiver that plugs into the computer fell apart at some point when i was unplugging/replugging it and it stopped working. I used it on a laptop and am often mobile so (lazily not wanting to deal with hassle of trying to reach out to support) I just carried on using the laptop keyboard and touchpad. However I should have reached out much earlier. Having bought it almost a year ago and finally needing to get it fixed or getting something else, I finally looked up the support email and let them know the situation and asked if I could just get a replacement receiver since the keyboard and mouse were still good. Having bought this wireless keyboard/mouse combo almost a year ago, I didn't expect much help, but I received an email back the same day asking for some more information and the order number. The only bottleneck was me as I replied back a couple days later, again I received a reply the same day and they said they would just send me a complete replacement of everything as they said the receiver can't be universal. A few days later the shipment arrived and I am back in action. Any product can have issues or malfunctions, but it matters if a company stands behind it and rectifies the issues like Meetion has - that says a lot in my books, hence the 5 star review. I would recommend their products as I've experience how they will support and fix any issues you may have.

Mouse stopped working after only 2 weeks. Keyboard and mouse feel really cheap. Even coming in at a lower price point it's not worth it.
