Excellent grinder! I am so glad I gave it a try. Easy to use clean and not nearly as loud as my last grinder. Great value too!

I'm really happy with this grinder! I am finally able to use my espresso machine and get the proper infusion. I had a different grinder that didn't produce the correct grind quality and I was reluctant to buy another machine because I didn't want to end up with something else that didn't work for espresso. I like how you can take the bur out and clean it. The accordion style silicone puffer is really helpful when cleaning out the spout. I kinda wish the hopper was bigger, but I'm overall pleased with this sleek machine.

Good grinder. A guide for the grind settings would be nice. Every machine is different. This machine seems to lean towards a finer grind and espresso. Quiet and clean performance. One issue, the LID, what is the reason the lid doesn’t fit the bellow. It doesn’t even come close to fitting. Gotta fix that.

Update after 3 months. The grinder stopped grinding coffee. It has had less than 1 pound of espresso beans put through it. I am out of the return window, so pretty upset.

Love this product, looks great, easy to clean. I did have a problem after 6 months and Hazel at Neretva gave me the best customer service I have ever received. She answer my questions within hours, and sent me a new coffee grinder. I would highly recommend this product and Neretva for their customer service. It’s refreshing to see a company stand by their products and not to give you the run around!

This is a lovely little machine for the price!! i’m so happy with it. if you are looking for a budget coffee set up, this is a great choice. I have a minor issue, though. There are no recommendations for grind settings included in the manual or anywhere online. I know that it can vary from machine to machine, but even just a range for different coffee brew types (e.g., french press, pour over, espresso, etc.) would have been helpful. For your information, I set it to grind size 13 for my espresso machine. I honestly can’t imagine ever using a setting lower than 10 for a coffee drink (but maybe for baking?).
