Great value, easy to assemble, looks nice mounted on the wall!
What can I say about Vevor except that they're my favorite brand, even more so than anything from Harbor Freight, when I need something at a value price that's still decent quality. No, this isn't as fancy as something you'd get from Dell or HP. I don't know that I'd put it in a production data center, but it's perfectly suitable for a small office or, in my case, a home office occupied by a geek that doesn't really need a rack but has one anyway! Easy to assemble, looks great, and fits all my gear perfectly. I bought the 12U and the 6U (I'm copy/pasting this same review to both) and I feel like I got more than my money's worth for both. The one detractor, though I didn't take away a star for this, is I can't seem to get the latch on the front door to line up with the slot so I can lock them. There's a chance it's my fault, that I did something wrong in the assembly, but I'm usually pretty handy with building flat pack furniture, so my guess is that it's just a minor design flaw. It's nothing a quick trip to Home Depot won't remedy, as there are locks available there with assorted latch arms, so I'm sure one of those will cure my woes!

Solid enclosure
I went from a rat’s nest to a sophisticated electrical showcase. Hahaha.. seriously, the unit was as advertised. For the price and quality, it’s well worth it. However, I did not hang my enclosure so I’m not sure if my ratings would change if I had to do so. Quick run down:1. Directions are minimal but it’s logical (again, I did not hang it so there could be complications there)2. There are a few pieces that will cut you so be careful when assembling.3. If you opt to leave it on the floor, make sure you have a good pad under it as the screws beneath the enclosure will scratch your floor.4. Good storage for about 6 items. I have a router, a few HD storage units and some other stuff.5. Easy to route cords out the back but you may need to sand the wholes in the back to remove sharp edges.6. Assembly took me about 45min after I laid my parts out. The other reviews are right when it comes to setting up the interior brackets. It’s tight BUT if you flip it on it’s side when installing them, you will not have any problems. It’s a great buy and my wife thanks me for finally making organizing that space. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Great for basic home system
Functionally this 9U cabinet is sturdy and meets the normal needs of a server cabinet. One thing that I found to be a little bit more challenging than necessary with this product were the locking mechanisms and instructions. I feel like there was a previous hardware design for this system, and that was not accurately updated in the user manual, and set up guide. This was more of an inconvenience than anything but did require me to partially disassemble the system, and reassemble it because of new mounting posts that were not depicted in the manual. And most important the dimensions for mounting are not necessarily the same for the product you purchased. The vertical dimension between mounting holes was not for the model I purchased. so physically, check your models mounting position before trusting the manual. One thing that either wasn’t apparent when I was looking at the system before purchasing was the glass door didn’t have a full metal bezel around it. If I had noticed that I would’ve opted for a full metal door instead. The hardware that it came with, seems to suggest mounting support for concrete walls or masonry structures. So if you intend to mount this to studs, then you will need to get hardware for that specifically. One of the most annoying things with this particular system during assembly was that none of the pre-drilled holes were tapped before hand Gauge of the sheet metal used. However, this made it a little challenging when all the side walls and tops were assembled and trying to install the rails. Also be careful with the edges of the rails as they are sharpening cut you or your cables.Lastly, there were several parts in the box that were damaged. Upon arrival these were not due to shipping damage, but packaging included some pictures to show them. There was damage to the side panels and the door given the sheet metal is a thin gauge I was able to bend them back and get everything to fit well, I also had to bend the door latch in order for it to close properly.

Awful -- unassemblable without modification
The good: all parts present and clearly labeled. The bad: where do I start?- Worst of all: sloppy inside corner welds prevent the side pieces from fitting into the top and bottom, so screw holes don't line up. I had to use an angle grinder and modify the side panels to get them to fit together!- Extensive cosmetic damage from poor packing- Bent, mangled corners and edges- No thread tapping on the screw holes, yet included screws are not self-tapping sheet metal screws; they are normal machine screws- Door glass is glued on crooked in two different axes, so the door doesn't even close properly- Glue residue splattered on the glass required scraping offIf I didn't have an angle grinder handy, I wouldn't have even been able to assemble this. And since I've now modified it, I can't return it. Skip this and spend a little more for something that's made properly.

Thankfully it's cheap.
Assembly required. Which is okay, if it all lined up correctly. It mostly does, if you apply some pressure before putting the screws in.The vertical rack rails have vertical adjustment to allow them to be aligned, but no way to ensure they're all in the same position.Overall, it's a decent rack if you don't mind spending the time to assemble it and it doesn't have to be perfect.
