Since I have one kidney only, horseshoe kidney, I'm always worried, so I asked my Dr. if it was OK to take this and she recommended it. She said the D-Mannose ingredient could be helpful in not getting UTI. I have been taking it for a couple of month now, only once a day. Last two test were fine. No UTI.

Sunflower oil in this product
I like Dr Mercola products, but there is sunflower oil in this. I am surprised.
