This arrived yesterday and it’s fabulous. I was a bit sceptical after some of the reviews but I was prepared to sand it down and paint it. But now I’m not sure if I want to do that. Yes it’s soft wood, but it’s beautiful. Smoothed and sanded wood, screws sunk. It just looks great on my work top just as it is. I too had bags of potatoes and onions cluttering my work top. But no more. Can not recommend this enough.

Untreated softwood. Screw heads and nail heads prominante. With a little thought both could have been sunk,and filled in,also this needs attention to last /treated,oiled ,varnished to ones prefrence.

I am absolutely in love with this product! It is a fantastic quality storage for all my veg and fruit. The wood is smooth, the finish is extremely good. One happy customer. Will buy again in the future.

The vegetable/fruit rack is as good as it looks on the picture. Looks really neat in my kitchen and well worth the money

Looked quite small on arrival but holds ALOT of veg. Absolutely perfect and doesn’t take up much room on the counter top. Would recommend you give the wood a quick oil with a clean cloth and some olive oil but this takes a couple minutes tops.

Really helped tidy up my counter tops . As I don’t have a lot of cupboard space , this has been very useful . I keep snacks , crackers and biscuits in the top and veg in the bottom - only thinking now I should perhaps have invested in the 3 tier stand !
