I bought this as a gift for my 18yo daughter as she ventures into the sourdough culture. The contents of the kit are of good quality and pleasing to the eye. Using the provided scale, she precisely measured ingredients to initiate her starter. She said this was one of her favorite Christmas gifts.

Just received this kit and overall I think its good. I wish the baskets wrre made out of bamboo. But these will do the job just fine. The tools for the most part are good. Minus the scoring tool. That seems pretty flimsy so ill have to purchase a different one. But overall I think it's a great value for a beginner

Everything in the kit seems to be good quality however my kit is missing the spatula which is disappointing. Hopefully I can find one similar that'll work.

The most abundant sourdough kit. Has so many great tools, the cutest color, and even a baking dish! This is great because now I can bake two loaves at a time!! Small, not super heavy, easy to use and has instructions for beginners. Such a great value and functional in small kitchens!
